Really appreciated the front desk person changing our room. We were unhappy with initial room because it had a shared door and we could hear people from the other room. Front desk was able to switch our room to one that despite also having a shared door shared with an unoccupied room. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of warm and cold food. Hotel was clean just needs a little updating.
We came in very late about 10 and the gentleman at the desk was super nice. Breakfast and coffee was great and everyone we ran into that worked there always spoke. We thought we were on a cruise boat. I needed to change my card and the lady wa very helpful. Would very much stay again.

This hotel is quite, clean, and next to shopping places including Applebee's in Same Parking Lot.

Always a friendly staff, but the gentleman that runs the breakfast is absolutely outstanding! Nice clean rooms and the property is always looking good. I've stayed here several times and it's always consistently great!

Property is nice but my shower had hair in it. The tv remote didn’t work. I had staff replace batteries and it still didn’t work. At breakfast they didn’t have water… I had to go to front desk and buy 2 bottles. I was disappointed because I stay at Fairfield quite a bit and this one needs to do better.

I checked into a room that had bodily fluids still on them. Soap still in shower. Dirty floor. Not just my room. My sisters as well. Completely disgusting and need my refund ASAP!
I ended up with a wheel chair accessible room. Everything including the bed was really low to the ground. I’m 5’9. The room was right off the elevator so a good nights slip was non existent. Noisy guest on both sides (not the hotels fault) but made the experience even worse. The attendants were very friendly.

My reservations were for 3 nights & my room was never cleaned. The hotel was undergoing renovations so the first night I didn’t have hot water. I was promised a discounted nightly rate, but have not seen it or the “incidental” charges credited back on my credit card. Upon arriving at the hotel all of the staff was standing around outside the front door smoking & shooting the breeze with a man drinking what appeared to be beer.
Overall the room was nice. The additional security lock was missing from the door, so as a woman traveling alone it made me a little uneasy. One last complaint, the selection of available channels was extremely disappointing.

Very unsatisfied but clean.
Made reservations May 7th for a July 1st stay that was for three rooms. One of the three rooms was change from a suite of two queen beds to one king bed. We need each room to have two beds. One room that was given to us wasn't even accessible. Finally got that room changed. Went to get shows and the water was no warmer than maybe room temp. Will have to say rooms were updated and clean.

The property was under renovation and the room smelled of paint or something fumes. The room was nice, however, the water in the shower was only lukewarm whenever we took a shower. The never really got hot. In the future, when a hotel is under renovation, I think a customer should be informed.
