"We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations. Villa Maphraaw - Affordable 5 Bed Luxurious Villa / Infinity Pool

"What an amazing villa and overall experience. My husband and I took our adult children and their spouses to Koh Samui and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space, we enjoyed the pool and the location was great! We like secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. We rented scooters from the house which ensured peace of mind and ease (drop off and pick up at the house), groceries stocked - Brody even added some wine when we requested as it wasn’t on the pre-stock list, chef Lek prepared amazing dinners for us - which came in clutch the first night after a long two days of traveling. The meal preparation was a great deal, and absolutely delicious. We used the house taxi service (we needed a van with six of us), the prices were a little more than if you were to use Grab, but again so convenient! We booked the ethical elephant sanctuary- which was a trip highlight and a boat tour to Ang Thong Marine park - again all through the house which made everything super convenient. After reading the reviews - yes the main living areas are hot, it is Thailand! We positioned fans around the areas we congregated and were comfortable. If you needed a break from the heat the room ACs were top tier, and of course a dip in the pool makes everything better. Brody was very helpful and always available which we appreciated. This was an amazing house and trip!"

The accommodation was excellent, the food was outstanding, and the beach was perfect for families with children thanks to its calm, shallow waters. We especially appreciated that the area is not overly touristy, giving it a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. The resort is conveniently located near Nathon, with easy access to the capital area and local fishing piers. The complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddleboards were a great bonus. As a swimmer, I particularly enjoyed the long bay, which allowed me to comfortably complete my morning swim routine every day. A fantastic place for a peaceful and enjoyable Koh Samui vacation. Highly recommended!"

"Good initially with wonderful views and great aesthetics.Living room and pool were amazing lighting in venue is excellent.Out door area and internal living great for 8 people.Functionality misleading No Gym just a wobble boardDamp smelly rooms down stairs with no hot water at allNo basic amenities Soap coffee milk No Garbage removal in 5 days and a lack of garbage bags to dispose of garbage .Overall upstairs rooms excellent but downstairs rooms need airing before arrival .Electricity on top is an extra cost as explained on the website .We had a great stay ,you need to get grab van to stop at top of driveway as access is very steep cars and bikes would not take us from property to the village only van ."

"This was our second visit to Siam Residence. We came originally in 2023. We love the simplicity, quietness and relaxed vibe here. Its lovely to just walk along the beach as far as you can go in either direction. The villas are big in terms of bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Maybe starting to show a bit of age in terms of decor but still good. The pool is lovely and the beach front is the best of the handful of properties on this beach. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The staff put a lot of time into keeping gardens, pool and villas clean. The food is very good. Breakfast is simple but you'll find the lunch and evening options are freshly prepared and very tasty. We loved the Thai curries. The bar may not be as flash as the one next door but the service is friendly. We think the venue is good value for money - you would pay double 400 yards up the road. We also had a couples massage in the beach hut which was good and exceptional value."
