Plum Point Villa - Stunning View In The Heart Of The Finger Lakes!

Stay in the center of everything that the Finger Lakes has to offer - wineries, breweries, sightseeing, boating and much more! This classic two-story lake house features a spacious, 180 degree lake-view living room, leading to a 14x20 foot deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided.

The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy.

With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.


Please note: There are several steps to reach the entrance of the house and the driveway is steep so the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Family Getaway

Awesome location!

A group of 8 friends enjoyed our stay at this lake house home on Seneca Lake. Home was clean and had a great back deck, lake front area where we built a fire by their dock and nice covered back patio where we cooked out. Close to wineries, The Windmill and restaurants.

Wonderful water view

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent view of Seneca Lake. We didn’t even mind the rain with the covered sitting area by the water. So close to Watkins Glen and many other areas. Also close to so many local breweries.

Beautiful Lake House Getaway

Wonderful location

Our group was 3 ladies having a girls get away. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Loved the location with the view and easy access to the lake. We enjoyed being able to walk to two lakeside restaurants from our house. I would go back again.

Amazing experience on Seneca lake

If your looking for a relaxing vacation in the Fingerlakes this vrbo is the place for you. Right on the Seneca lake, walking distance to two delicious restaurants and beautiful neighborhood. Couldn’t recommend staying at this location more. Had an amazing girls weekend away!

Fabulous weekend!

We’ve been to the Finger Lakes many times but this was the best weekend! The house was in a great location with an unbelievable view!! All of the amenities and then some. Very well thought out and beautifully decorated. We will most definitely stay again!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed at Plum Point Villa this weekend. The hosts were great and very responsive to messages. They go above and beyond to welcome their guests. The house has beautiful views. And the house overall is very nice, clean, and tidy! We felt right at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to make it back again soon!

2024 Seneca Lake

Had a fantastic week at Plum Point Villa. This cottage does not lack for anything and is in a great location on the west side next to the Showboat. We enjoyed MANY wineries and breweries and found a couple of new favorites. Did the Schooner True love and enjoyed the lake with family and friends. We ate at Jerlandos in Watkins Glen (our favorite go to place), the Showboat (great fish fry) and Ports Cafe in Geneva. Truly a very nice vacation. Love.anenjoyed

Wonderful Vacation Week

We were all very pleased with our stay at Plum Point Villa. It was perfect for our group which was 5 adults and 2 children. It was spotlessly clean, and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The host, Melanie, was awesome. Any time I had a question, before and during our stay, she responded right away! Beautiful Views & Spacious

Every year since Covid, our group of friends have stayed in the Finger Lakes region for a girls long weekend. This location, by far, has been the BEST! It had ample space, a GORGEOUS and up close view of Seneca Lake, a private beach area/ pier and all of the amenities that one would need that were supplied by the hosts. The hosts were wonderful and were always quick to respond. Thank you so much for helping myself and my wonderful girlfriends into making more beautiful memories and increasing our laugh lines. .

Cozy cabin with a view

Property had beautiful lake view and great lake side firepit seating; firewood supplied by owner. My group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers was comfortable. There were enough beds, ample linens and towels for all. Carpet in some rooms is a bit dusty so those of us with allergies had issues. We were mostly outside so only very minor concern.

Everything you need

We have stayed at multiple properties - and they all include nothing! North Plum included EVERYTHING! Every time we said we need something - we opened a cabinet door and it was there! Salt, towels, firewood, extra TP, coffee. It is so nice to enjoy a vacation at the lake and have all the amenities of home! The communication with the owners was perfect - they included a note book that answered all the questions we had! We would definitely stay there again. It is half way between Geneva (to the north) and Watkins Glen (to the south) with plenty of wineries and breweries in both directions!
