Vila Leon - Old Qeparo

Vila Leon is an authentic stone house located in the Old Village of Upper Qeparo, and it has been completely restored while preserving the village’s traditional character. Its fantastic location on a hill overlooking the sea makes it the perfect home for an unforgettable holiday. The terrace offers an amazing view of the Ionian Sea and the island of Corfu. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach Qeparo or Borsh, a favourite destination for families known for its quiet beaches, restaurants, and taverns.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area where the original architecture blends seamlessly with modern furnishings.
The original arched niches have been preserved and converted into a guest bedroom and a modern resin bathroom complete with a toilet, bidet, and ceiling-mounted shower. The kitchen is very bright and opens directly onto the courtyard, where you’ll find a grill and a built-in sink for enjoying outdoor dining with family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom, a triple room with a bunk bed (one double bed and one single bed), and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sleeping area can be accessed both internally via the wooden and metal staircase and from the external stone staircase that leads to the highlight of the house: the terrace with views of the mountains and the sea.

The house is about a 3-minute walk from the village’s main square.
Once you arrive in Upper Qeparo, park your car in the small square and head towards the church. The house is at the end of the stone path, just a few metres from the church.
