"We had a great stay here overall with a beautiful room and it’s a great location. Unfortunately we used the laundry service and had two shirts ruined (stained by detergent we think) the woman working was very understanding and apologetic and offered to fix it, later we were told by another staff member they weren’t able to fix it, and they offered to pay us for the shirts. We assumed this meant they weren’t gonna charge us for the laundry, as they gave us €20 for the shirt and the cost. Their laundry was €20 so there would’ve been no point in paying us. They would’ve just said laundry was free after we left. We got a bunch of messages from another staff member saying that we didn’t pay for laundry when we checked out and we still should’ve had to pay etc. Not sure if there was communication errors or what but it was very odd that I got 10+ messages in a row where they seemed upset about us not paying for laundry after they ruined shirts and payed us for them?"
