"Beautiful location. Serene view. Very polite and helpful staff. I had issue with charging my Apple Macbook with American electric connection. They helped by providing an extension chord. I would request that they upgrade their electric outlets to support this smoothly."

"The Oberoi Cecil is absolutely terrific. Both times we stayed we were given an upgrade...the last time to a full suite! All of the staff in the hotel are tremendous and the morning buffet is absolutely fantastic! Mall Road is easily walkable, and there are many interesting connecting roads lined by interesting shops. I am celiac, and the chef Rajiv went out of his way to ensure that I had lots of special menu options. Arti and the assistant manager Raghav were invaluable at the front desk, as were a number of other people. The manager Swati also proved to be very kind and helpful!"
