Walk2beachCharming single-family house located just 500 yards from the beach. STAY A WEEK OR LONGER TO PAY LESS. RENT OR BRING A BIKE AND FORGET ABOUT DRIVING, THE ENTIRE ISLAND< BEACH INCLUDING IS BIKEABLE, ON THE PATH AWAY FROM CARS. Vacation, play, or work with ultra Internet with speeds up to 1GBps download/1000mbps upload. There are a total of 3 bedrooms plus an additional bedroom/sitting room on the 1st floor. Two bedrooms each have a Smart TV, closet, and queen-sized bed they also share a full-size bathroom with a tub. The Master bedroom has a Smart TV, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for two. All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level.
The first floor has an open concept and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, big dining table that can seat 8, big screen Hisense 58" Smart TV, Roku, Ethernet cables, and a sofa that can open to a California king bed. A bedroom/sitting room with a large sofa opens to a California king bed.
A covered front porch faces the street, and a sun deck faces the private and quiet backyard.
On the ground level, there is a big screened area with a solid roof for nice relaxing outdoor activities. Inside there is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and ping-pong table.
The entire island is accessible by bike and most roads have designated bike paths. Hilton Head Island has the nickname Biking Island. Whole Foods and Kroger supermarkets as well as the town center just a mile away.
Beach, tennis, golf, and entertainment, you name it, we have.

Great location! Host provided a clean house with plenty of beach supplies and space for a family. Easy walk to a nice park with beach access, playground, showers, and bathrooms. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here.

Lovely house and location

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four adults. It was great to be able to take a short walk to the beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet, even though we were close to the main street on HHI. Communication with our host, Marina was excellent-she was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property, Even Better Host

House is perfect for matching all needs that a beach property should have. Location to beach is great, about 5 min walk. The host is one of the best, leaving helpful tips and messages throughout the week to assist in understanding the area and having a great stay!

Perfectly placed

The house is set in the perfect location. You can walk down the street to the Bradley Beach public boardwalk in just minutes. It is situated in a great location right off William Hilton highway that is quick to get in and out of without jumping through a bunch of hurdles like some areas of the island. The house has exactly what you need to host a family, and the dog run is a terrific addition for a pet.

Great beach house

I don’t where to start, really. Clean property and great communication. Marina returned emails promptly before booking, after, and even during our stay. I was afraid I was honestly bothering her. Quiet, cute, borderline bougie (as the kids would say) beach community on a quiet dead end. Ending at the beach, of course. Weather cooperated making my minor complaint even more minor, and that was setting on the ac. I like it cooler than most, and it wouldn’t turn down to my preferred settings. I’m sure, with advance enough notice, a summer traveler could have this rectified in advance. It’s not enough to really mention, but I want to make a fair and accurate description of my stay. I appreciate her accurate description, nothing over hyped or exaggerated. Clean, well maintained property.

The house was wonderful and humble. The home is in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood. The house is exactly as it is described, it is very spacious. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk (if you walk fast aha, but still an easy walk to the beach and there is also a ramp!). The host, Miranda was SO kind, patient, and very easy to communicate with. She really is the ideal host! I would most definitely recommend this house for a large family/friend group. Thank you!

February break from the Northeast Snow

House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Host (Marina) was great—she was very attentive and provided lots of great recommends. Had a wonderful time on the island and Marina made it stress free and extra fun.

Beautiful Home--Walk to the beach!

Marina was wonderful. She checked in frequently to make sure all was ok. House was clean, beds comfortable, newer appliances, stocked kitchen--plenty of room for our family! We all loved the ping pong table too. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect and so close to the beach!

The house was so nice! The ping pong table is definitely a perk so you do not have to spend too much money in the afternoon for entertainment. Very close to everything and just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view. The beach did not have too many people and did not really get too crowded. There are a lot of stairs but lets be honest... when your vacationing you eat too much anyway so might as well try and walk off some of those pounds you gain.

Location is great. Listing was misleading

The listing originally had hot tub listed as an amenity. There was never a hot tub. There also isn’t 4 bedrooms. There are 3 BR and a sleeping area in the sitting room but there were no doors to close it off from the rest of the house. It is open to the kitchen and front door. The internet code that was on the listing was wrong but she did send a pdf over that had the correct info. However, we were there for over 24 hours without the correct information. Also the pool table is very tiny in the dining area. Not to standard. That was fine but it shouldn’t be listed. I was just disappointed that overall, the listing was inaccurate and I wanted specific things which was why I chose that house. Overall, the house was okay but I felt very disappointed in what I thought we were getting vs. what we actually got.

Perfect location for our HHI trip!

The house was close to the beach and was very nice. It had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for our dog. We loved this property and would definitely stay again!

A great place for a small family reunion!

We had ten people. So, with the full house, one more bathroom would have been helpful. The walk to the beach is about 10 min...a nice walk, though. The park at the beach has water to rinse off sand. It was a nice place to stay.

At first glance, clean, neat & spacious.

Very spacious, neat, we'll kept house. Unfortunately, the king sheets were covered in dog hair (which I didn't notice until bedtime)& the towels & hand towels were hard. After paying over $1000, I expected a little more. Soft towels & clean sheets. This house was a great fit for this trip & would be great for families with kids too. After mentioning the sheets to the owner, she did offer to come change them but we were only there 2 nights and I had already gotten as much hair off as I could so I didn't bother with the hassel. Overall, wonderful getaway house but because it's dog friendly, I would bring my sheets next time.
