This fantastic space features four bedrooms, one of which is part of a separate ground floor apartment with kitchen, living room and laundry (no stairs). The upstairs features the main living room, kitchen, laundry room and three bedrooms: two king beds, two queen beds, and a futon, perfect for accommodating families or groups. With five bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and comfort. The quaint design creates a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the spacious living area or getting ready in one of the well-equipped bathrooms, this phenomenal townhome has you covered.

    Short 3-5 minute drive to Shelter Cove Marina or Palmetto Dunes Resort where you can enjoy water sports, golf, tennis / pickleball, shopping, dining and weekly fireworks in the summer.
