Discover this cozy 1-bedroom villa located at the beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Nestled just a short walk from the serene Folly Field Beach, you'll be able to stroll along the pristine, flat sands and splash in the gentle waves whenever you please.

This newly renovated villa has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. Full size appliances with all the essentials including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils.
We also include 2 beach chairs and towels.

There are 2 pools on site with one of them being the largest pool on the island. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the 2 smart TV’s. Dine together at the cozy dining table or step out onto the private balcony to savor your culinary creations.

Enjoy the miles and miles of bike trails on the island, along with beach riding. There are over 60 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bike rentals are located on site for your convenience.

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the comfortable bathroom stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Refresh with the hair dryer, and keep your wardrobe wrinkle-free with the iron and ironing board. Weekend getaway!

We had a great stay! The place was roomy enough for two, very clean, and prime location for the beach! The hosts even left us some drinks for our first night which was a nice touch! Would stay here again!

Beautiful cozy get away

This is a beautiful cozy place to stay right on the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather and ocean. This condo was wonderfully stocked with all we needed to cook and the owners even had a snack basket filled with goodies. We absolutely will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We would absolutely stay here again. Goggle maps had trouble finding the location so I'd recommend searching for the resort rather than street address. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless and beautifully renovated.

Terrific Hilton Head Location

This thoughtfully appointed and meticulously clean condo is perfect for two. The small touches make it immediately comfortable and homey. It’s part of a resort with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff that make for an overall top notch vacation. Great view of the ocean off the balcony for morning coffee and a short walk to the beach. Overall just terrific.

Great Couples Beach Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The place was very clean, snacks were provided, and there were all kinds of little touches inside that really made it stand out. This was by far one of the best places I have stayed in and will stay again in future visits!

Hi Mike and Laurie, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The place is well kept, clean and decorated nicely. All the amenities provided are awesome. The only thing we were disappointed in is the listing says there is a hot tub, but the complex does not have one.

From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were at our home away from home. Mike and Laurie provided everything we needed for our visits to the beach and even left many snacks! The condo was quaint and cozy and perfect for the two of us. Only complaint was the elevator didn’t work but we were able to get our steps in! Will definitely stay here again and again

Everything was perfect and the condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Fantastic beach stay

The condo is well appointed, beautifully decorated and checks all the boxes: very comfortable bed, good shower, great location near the beach (with beach chairs & umbrella), modern well stocked kitchen, gracious and responsive owners. Did I forget anything ? Oh yeah- both TV's work well !

Wonderful condo

We were very impressed with this 1-bedroom condo. We have rented a lot thru VRBO and this was the cleanest place by far and very comfortable for 2. The price was great! Location and property amenities were very good. Cleanest and quietest beach we have been to and easy access thru the parking lot.
