Top Floor HHB&T Oceanview 2 Bedroom Villa!!

Beautifully Remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Top Floor Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort!

All New Furniture with beautiful new wood floors throughout the villa! No carpet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and private bath with granite counter tops. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 with two sets of new twin bunk beds. The new sofa sleeper has a queen size mattress. Perfect for larger families! There is a hall bath for use of the guest room and living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled and open to the dining room and living area. The balcony stretches the entire length of the villa and has a new table and 4 chairs, perfect for morning coffee and sunrises! The view is amazing from the 4th floor and the Beach is just steps away! There's plenty of things to do if you wish and the white sandy beaches are a great place to relax the day away and enjoy your vacation!

The complex also has 2 pools, tennis courts, workout room and a playground with a BBQ/picnic area for guests to use. Conveniently located mid island, this area of Hilton Head is a wonderful location for all beach vacationers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony… simply beautiful!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Easy check in/out, condo was clean and very well stocked (from books and board games to beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella). Location is great with lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Just a few steps from the private beach access too. This is hands down my favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head so far.

Perfect stay for a perfect beach!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and our 4 year old twins! It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be the tvs need to be upgraded, but who goes to the beach to watch tv?

We are very picky about cleanliness and this unit definitively met our expectations. The property manager was very quick to answer and respond to any of our questions. Close to the beach, pickle-ball courts and the pool. Great vacation!!!

Family Summer Vacation

We take a yearly trip to Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay! The views of the beach are great and was a quick walk to the beach and main pool. I loved the smaller pool by our building as well! Few issues during our stay but Michael was super quick at addressing and resolving. Unit was perfect size for our family of 4. Kids loved their own bunk beds and room. View off balcony was excellent and quick walk to beach. Big pool off beach with tons of entertainment for the kids!

Spring Break

Condo was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed when we arrived. Had a very large balcony which was really nice. The resort has some great amenities with on-site bike, rental restaurants and a very large pool. Only minor issues was the wi-Fi in the building was quite poor and we could only get Wi-Fi in the living room and kitchen. Was a wonderful stay!

Great beach stay

Communication with Michael was easy, check in process was a breeze. The unit is not too far from the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool which was just outside our unit and not as crowded as the big pool. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and sand toys available to use.
