- Just renovated and new to the market - The Sea & Me is a 540 square foot modern, comfortable 3rd floor Ocean Villa that features a full kitchen with a dining area and sleeping for 4. Breath-taking views from the quiet, landscape-facing balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Lounge seating to enjoy the sunrise and the sounds of the ocean or unwind after a day of Island exploring! The Sea & Me is your oceanside oasis just steps from the beach and Hilton Head Islands largest oceanside pool! The bedroom features a super-comfortable queen size bed and room darkening for peace and quiet. A ceiling fan provides overhead comfort and a Roku-TV is provided for your convenience. A full dresser and nightstands help you settle in with your belongings. The hallway features two bunk beds for additional sleeping or just a quiet place to read or take an afternoon nap. The full kitchen will give you the space to cook your favorite dishes while away and a coffee bar will help you get going in the morning! The living room features a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen Roku TV and ceiling fan for comfort. The bathtub and shower in the brand new bathrooms stocked with soap, conditioner and body wash! Just off the living room is the balcony with two lounge chairs and footrests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea and feel that warm Carolina breeze! A ceiling fan overhead helps you stay cool on those sunny afternoons! Guests have access to all the amenities of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort including Hilton Heads largest oceanside pool as well as a kiddie pool and a poolside tavern, restaurant and ice cream stand, outdoor showers with a walking path heading straight to the beach, pickleball and tennis courts with a Pro Shop, a catch & release fishing pond, 3 onsite restaurants and 2 onsite bars and a coffee shop so you never have to leave the resort, onsite bike rentals and a BBQ area with grills and picnic tale seating!
