Three community pools (open April–October) and tennis courts are right on site.

South Forest Beach is one of the most walkable parts of the island. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and Coligny Plaza's shops and restaurants are about 15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike. Coligny Beach Park and Lowcountry Celebration Park are nearby for kids.
