Sunset Rentals | Shipmaster 1203

Welcome to Shipmaster 1203, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa in the heart of Shipyard. This stunning townhome has been updated from top to bottom with all-new flooring, furniture, lighting, a fully redesigned kitchen, modernized bathrooms, and so much more.

The open-concept layout creates an inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The living area features a sleeper sofa, sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, along with access to a private porch overlooking the golf course.

Step outside to enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining set, fire up the gas grill, and take in the beautiful fairway views. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with room for three more at the kitchen bar. A convenient desk workspace sits just off the dining room—perfect for remote work or planning your island adventures. The kitchen offers ample counter space, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and high-end touches including a Keurig Duo, food processor, and quality stemware. A newly updated powder room completes the main level.

Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and access to a private deck. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin bed with trundle, along with its own Smart TV and deck access.

Shipmaster is just a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride to the beach along scenic paths. Guests enjoy access to the community pool and free on-site tennis. Please note: All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Nestled amid historic oaks on Hilton Head’s south end, Shipyard offers 12 miles of bike paths, tranquil lagoons, championship golf at Shipyard Golf Club, top-tier tennis at the Van der Meer Racquet Club, and easy access to the island’s best dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. Beautiful condo, very clean!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo was very clean, very nicely updated and decorated and it was stocked with everything we needed. We would love to return in the future.

Great location

Location was amazing. Close to the beach, golf, tennis, restaurants. Condo was clean and spacious. Difficulties to get in touch with property owner with issues but very helpful once able to get a hold of. Would definitely come and stay again. Only main issue was the tv not working our entire stay in the main family room.

Nice clean Hilton Head Condo

I wish that we had gotten more info on the location of the pool and how to get to the beach, but it was a nice place to stay. The condo was clean and recently redone.

I stayed at the property with my family and we all had an amazing time. Everything was very organized and clean. The check in and check out was very easy. We received all the information for our stay before hand. Everything was very quiet around the place. The pool is very clean and the beach is only a 3 minutes drive. We all agreed that it deserves 5 stars. We all loved the place and will definitely come back.
