35 Lighthouse features a king master, a queen in the guest and has sofa sleepers allowing for up to 7 people if needed. The open kitchen has all new appliances and a lovely wine cooler. HD smart televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms.
As with all our properties, your reservation includes two complimentary bikes for exploring all the beauty of Sea Pines, a free membership to a local health club, free upgraded WIFI for work or play and free tennis at a local club here in the resort. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply head straight to your villa, park in front, and head to the beach!
