Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Enjoy the 5 minute walk to the beach, backyard pool, and newly renovated home! This home sleeps up to 8, has dual owner master bedrooms (1down/1up), well appointed kitchen with bar seating, 2nd fl laundry, two living spaces, and a work area on the 2nd fl. The home is positioned for live/work space or simply for vacation fun! The outdoor space has an oversized lot, upper deck, a large lower deck, and a pool in the backyard!

The Space:
Folly Field Dreams was recently renovated top to bottom - making it the perfect vacation home for you & your family and/or friends! Enjoy the modern updates and comfort of this spectacular home.

Folly Field Beach is just a 4 min walk with private entrance for our guests. However, if you do want to drive, Folly Field Beach also has public parking. You will find bathrooms, outdoor showers, a vending machine and a rubberized pathway onto to the beach, which makes pulling your beach cart onto the sand easy peasy!

And don't worry about traveling with all of your beach gear. We've got you covered, from beach towels to an umbrella and beach chairs, easily transported by our pull along beach wagon. We have both a large and mini-cooler ready for you to pack some snacks and lunch for a day at the beach.

Want to relax by the pool instead? Bask in the sun on one of our gorgeous  loungers by the pool or take a swim in our saltwater pool. Coming in the spring or fall? Not to worry, we can heat the pool (additional $50/day fee) just for you.

Bringing a baby, or two? Our home has everything you need for a relaxing stay away, including 2  pack-n-play cribs with mattress, a booster seat and a highchair. Bring your bed time routine to Folly Field with tubby time, books to read before bed, and nightlights to keep the scaries away.

Children can enjoy the fun of bunkbeds and board games galore!

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from making homemade waffles & brewing coffee to whipping up your favorite dinner. Enjoy the taste of the open flame by grilling outside on our back deck.

Looking for a different scenery or backdrop when working from home? We have the perfect work from home space, including a printer!

And just when you're ready to turn off the lights, catch a quick movie on our smart TVs throughout the house.

Note:
- Ring cameras are surveilling the outside of our property to ensure the safety of our guests and property owners. These cameras are monitored to check for the correct number of guests, third-party bookings, and parties. We do NOT have cameras inside the home. 
- There will be an additional charge of $50/day for heating the pool, upon request.
- We welcome up to two pets 50lbs or less and appreciate your support in keeping your pets off of the furniture. We charge a $250/stay pet fee if you bring a pet, which will send a separate charge for after you have confirmed your booking.

Wonderful beach house!

The house was great for our family of multiple generations. We loved having a pool for the little ones to use and the walk to the beach is so easy. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, space to spread out.

Perfect Property

House was clean, recently remodeled, and well appointed with a short 5 minute walk to private beach. Close to nearby restaurants, as well. The yard was great for pets and the pool and outdoor seating options made for easy relaxing on the property. Owner was very accommodating and we would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Folly Field Dreams. The home was exactly as described, well maintained, and well appointed. Communication from the owners was excellent. We hope to come back next year!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family!! The location was lovely, private beach access was a huge plus and the pool was exactly what we needed with three kids. The house was clean and comfortable, setting the perfect vibe for our getaway. It provided great space to come together and play games as a family and plenty of space to spread out, letting everyone find there own quiet area. The hosts were amazing and communicative, every thing was exactly as described. If we go back to HH we would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful House clean and well cared for

We loved everything about the house. The pool was great and the kids just loved having their own pool. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the path to the beach but I am not in good physical condition and struggled a little bit butI would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Place!

This was the best property we have stayed at in Hilton Head! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was very close to nearby stores and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was equipped with everything we needed. We are looking forward to booking it again in the future!

Motivated to move to Hilton Head!

Lovely home and very clean! 5 minute walk to the beach. Location was good and short drive to good restaurants and Hilton Head Airport only 7 minutes from the home. I would rent it again.

Wonderful House and Hosts

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Folly Field Dreams. We love the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and conveniences. The house is wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. It's light, airy, roomy, and very comfortable throughout. The hosts are wonderful. They communicate well, are concerned that you have a pleasant stay, and are kind and friendly. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. The seating areas are cozy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. You'll even be greeted by a nice collection of towels and necessities, laid out for your stay. The hosts have thought of everything so you won't want for much of anything. We enjoyed our stay and were made to feel so welcome that we have already booked for next year. If we ever wanted to buy a place, this home would be just about perfect. Don't think twice about booking this wonderful, cozy home with its private pool, quaint backyard, and decks.

The home was very clean and freshly decorated. Everyone agreed the mattresses were all comfortable. The private beach path was extremely close to the house and the path itself was so pretty. We would happily stay here again.

Nice Property Conveniently located.

This is a very nice house located close to the beach with a private access only for owners or guests in the community. The communication from the owner was outstanding. She seemed to want everything to be just perfect for our stay. The house itself is very nice and is nicely furnished with many features including a pool. There are beach chairs, towels and lots of toys for the young ones. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and well appointed with many accoutrements. We would definitely stay here again.
