Steps from the beach and Dunes House Restaurant!

Upon entering, you'll notice several beautiful updates including all-new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! The kitchen was recently completely updated and looks phenomenal! The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry. Being fully-equipped, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips to cook a meal for the whole family. The Primary bedroom features a king bed along with an en-suite Primary bathroom with separate dressing area, HDTV and private balcony access. The Primary bathroom features a tiled tub and shower combination. The Guest Bedroom has two queen size beds and also features an en-suite guest bathroom, HDTV and slider to the private balcony. The guest bathroom is a tiled tub and shower combination as well. The dining table has seating for six. The Living Room features all-new furniture with its queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and side chair. There is also an HDTV along with the slider to the deck. There is an guest bathroom with washer/dryer off the main hallway, which features a tiled walk-in shower. This raised single level (16 steps up to door) open floor plan villa rental is an easy walk to the beach, tennis, golf, General Store and Outfitters. Parking is located under the building. The Moorings is located about 100 yards or less from the beach and also the famous Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill! Convenience to the beach is second to none in the Moorings community. Villa is bottom of two villas however, it is above the garage.

Nice clean unit and a perfect Beach Location

The location the Moorings is terrific if you like the beach at Palmetto Dunes. It is a very short walk, and you don't have to cross any streets. The Dunes House beach bar and restaurant is steps away. This unit is on the second floor, up about 15 steps. All the amenities are there: Netflix, Internet, and an outdoor pool with shade and cover on a windy day. The owner has made it very comfortable, and the only noises are the birds chirping in the trees. We loved it.

Perfect Getaway

Very short walk to the beach and even shorter to the Pool, which was super clean with lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit was clean and comfortable. Special thanks for having a Keurig in the unit I wish more owners would do that! We would definitely go back to this unit again.

The unit is steps from the beach and to all amenities at the Palmetto Dubes resort with plenty of room to spaces. The newly renovated space is large, bright airy and has all the accoutrements needed for a fabulous beach get away.

Very well provided. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice furnishings, the only complaint was that the master bedroom bed really needed to be changed. Short walk to the beach. Otherwise a great condo and would rent again.
