Springwood 41 - 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhouse

  • Springwood 41 is nicely decorated and conveniently located near Pope Avenue and all the amentities of Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Located central to VanDerMeer Tennis Center where Springwood guests and owners receive an hour per day of tennis, based on availability. There is also has an onsite pool and is a block & a half from the beach. The Palmetto Breeze trolley picks up from Springwood's entrance for island-wide free travel. Two bedrooms, one with a king in the primary bedroom and a Queen and 1 Twin in the guest room each have a designated bath with tub/shower combos. The family room has a pull out sofa as well. Springwood is close to Coligny Plaza, the restaurants and main thoroughfare of Pope Avenue and the new Celebration Beach Park across from Coligny Beach Access.

Great location. Cleaning could be improved (like under the couch and the drawers), but nothing terrible. King sized bed is very, very, very firm. Easy to walk, check-in was easy peasy, kitchen had everything you could need. Price very reasonable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful! Close to Coligny Plaza and many restaurants! I loved all the conveniences of home-washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV in each room. The only real problem was that we did not have as many washcloths as we had people, but we just went to Walmart and bought more.

Overall we had a great stay. Loved the location. Close to Coligny Plaza, Restaurants, Shuttle for the RBC Heritage, and the Beach. When we initially got there the unit smelled musty. Reached out to the Management Company and they sent someone over to switch out the HVAC filter. This did help and was greatly appreciated. Parking was easy and convenient. Wi-Fi was good. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit that we stayed at was comfortable. It had a rating of 10 on the reviews one being that it was extremely immaculate that was not my experience. The appliances were complicated, but finally figured it out. We wanted to go in the pool area to sit in the sun because there’s not many areas to sit but there was no instructions on how to enter. Also in the add they never said pool was closed. The final week we figured it out with the key also found a gate that we could go through to get to the beach faster and I feel it would’ve been helpful if there was a sheet giving that information. It also would’ve been nice if they left dish soap. The soap pumps in the bathrooms on counter were totally empty. I ended up buying soap to refill them. The windows were dirty with cobwebs, but all in all it was a comfortable stay. appreciate you renting to us. when we got there, we were unable to use the patio due to workers. There was caution tape over the door.
