This property has wonderful proximity to the beach! It's exactly a 10 minute walk or an easy bike ride. The space was clean and just how we expected it from the pictures. We traveled with elementary-aged kids and our dogs, and the space worked great for both. We LOVE Sea Pines and were grateful for Spencer, who was an engaged and helpful host. Thanks for an awesome Hilton Head Island experience!

We’ve stayed here twice and hope to return next year. The location can’t be beat. The villa is spacious and clean. We love that it is ground level with a backyard so our kids can go play in the yard. It also make loading up bikes for our daily beach trips super convenient. We love the fenced in area to store bikes and gear. In Sea Pines, the value for space and location is top tier. The host was highly communicative and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10!

Highly recommend

Had a great time last week here. Great location. Bruce responds quickly if you need anything. Really the only thing missing is access to a pool but we didn’t miss that too much. Will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Relaxing Getaway-Great Location

This was a great rental property, very clean and spacious! We vacationed with three adults and a small dog and it was perfect for our stay. It's just down the street from the Beach Club where we went to eat dinner overlooking the ocean. We also rode our bikes (rented from Island Life Bike Rentals) to watch the sun rise, and some evenings, the moon rise. The owners were great to work with and we hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect Stay

This property is one of the best we've stayed in. The space and decor made it feel very comfortable with a nice hidden patio area in back. Home had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Location was perfect with scenic walk by the clubhouse totaling less than a half mile walk to the Beach Club(also free parking after Labor Day). Saw several alligators in the waterways will walking and biking. The Sea Pines area is a short drive away from most restaurants and shopping but it's a scenic, quiet location. Loved our stay.

Perfect Weekend!

Just returned from a terrific Labor Day weekend at Hilton Head Island with family. The villa is inviting, clean and comfortable. And the location could not be better. Access to the beach at The Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy walk or bide ride. Sea Pines Bike Rentals is just down Lighthouse Road. We also rode bikes to Harbour Town. The owners were accommodating and easy to work with. We will be back!

Feels Like Home

We spent three nights at this Sea Pines Villa. It was clean and the location was perfect. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed including storage space for our groceries. The two bathrooms were nice and had very good water pressure. The two master bedrooms, with kings, were comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. The host was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommend if you want a place that is clean, comfortable feels like home.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. It's a short walk to the beach, and there are many trails around to just walk or bike. Its very quiet and relaxing and we already know that we want to come back here very soon. This was one of the best experiences we've had and we can only recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing vacation home.

Loved the condo!

We had a wonderful time and were really impressed with the condo. We biked to the beach every morning (just a short half mile ride) and really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The condo had everything we could possibly need in it and was in great shape. The beds were super comfy. Best place we have ever stayed on a beach vacation! Excellent!

Spacious, Bright condo minutes from the beach

We were thrilled with this condo. It was spacious, bright, and clean. Location can’t be beat. We loved that it was a ground floor unit. It was very quiet- couldn’t hear any neighbors. No complaints. We hope we can stay here again.

Excellent rental experience. Bruce was excellent to communicate with. The property was clean, comfortable and located in awesome location. It was 10 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club (you can drop off gear there by car), 2 minute walk to the Golf Complex and easy bike ride to Harbour Town. Highly recommend.
