Immediately upon entering, you will find an open concept living space that directs you to a spacious screened in porch–perfect for entertaining–and overlooking an outdoor island sanctuary. Private and thoughtfully landscaped backyard, patio and pool area complete with *heated pool, and spa that easily accommodates 8, lawn fire pit, and shaded poolside pavilion with bar, flat screen TV, and grill. When you’re not basking in the truly great outdoors the main level has two king master bedrooms–one of which has an en-suite bath that includes a walk-in shower with separate claw foot 6’ soaking tub.

We had an outstanding stay, enjoying the pool and the beach. The backpack chairs worked great for the beach. Only thing we needed was a beach umbrella/cover for the afternoon sun. This was an amazing property for our family get together.

The perfect family vacation home! Our family of 10 stayed here comfortably with absolutely everything we needed. The home is beautifully furnished and provisioned. SO comfortable. Large bedrooms, a full bathroom for every bedroom, huge kitchen that is set up impeccably for multiple cooks in the kitchen! The dining room table easily accommodated all of us for our family dinners. The backyard is your own private playground with so many activities to choose from..swimming, corn hole, ping pong, darts, and more! This has by far been our favorite VRBO we have ever stayed in! Did I mention the amazing front porch with rockers and equally fabulous back huge screened in porch?! We had the perfect family time in this lovely home!

The house is so spacious inside and outside. Our family loved the backyard. We played corn hole, enjoyed a fire, watched TV at the outside bar, swam everyday, used the spa. They provided plenty of toys and beach chairs. Lots of chairs on the screened porch for all of us. The house is in excellent condition and provides every amenity. We highly recommend this house!

Great location for beach and vacation

Enjoyed our stay! Property manager was very communicative before and after check in. The location and house is amazing. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful Stay during school vacation week!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were all set with beach gear provided. The home was so lovely, clean and huge for our three families. The yard was another added bonus with the pool and spa! We will definitely want to come back and loved the short walk to the beach. Location couldn't be better where you can easily ride bikes or walk anywhere.

Excellent vacation home

Our group of friends had a great time at this rental. Close to the beach and well maintained. Lots of extras that are not provided at most rentals. Staff was great and made things very easy to check in.

Great family house

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen, dining area and living room were open. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa were great. We did heat the pool. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. The house came with beach chairs and wagons.

Fantastic House

The best house we have ever rented! What a beautiful house with a perfect location. The bedrooms were big with full bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas with an open floorplan made our experience so great! Loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor area. We walked to the beach every day, which was so easy down a private walk. We can't wait to stay there again.

Wonderful home for our large family. Adults as well as grandchildren. Short walk to beach on private path from the house. House had a great pool and hot tub. Thanksgiving Week

We stayed here for the 2nd time, everything was wonderful. House manager was very accessible and friendly. Always willing to help. Would definitely recommend for several families meeting on HHI. Great house, pool and spa were great as well, worth the price to heat them as we were in them almost every day.

Spring break 25

The pictures that we saw online did not do this house justice. It looks like many updates have occurred and it is absolutely stunning. The backyard is magnificent along with the kitchen and the roomy bedrooms. One of the top houses I’ve ever stayed in on any vacation. If you’re looking to entertain and have a good time, this is a perfect house just steps away from the beach and Just down the street from plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great place to call home for the week

House and property were found to be as expected. Our two families that shared the house/property had such a great spring break vacation. Property managers were great, scheduling a time to stop in and show us how to use all the amenities this property provides. They were also easily accessible by text for any questions or to make suggestions to us for our first ever visit to Hilton Head. Property is a quick easy walk to the beach. Spent plenty of time in the great pool as well. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much room that we could have easily had a third family join the eight of us. I would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.

A Beautiful Christmas to Remember

We have family living in 6 states and this beautiful home was our gathering spot for Christmas week. It was everything and more of what is described. We were made to feel welcome and at home by the host and the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare big meals and even special holiday meals. The large dining table was perfect to seat all of us. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool, the fire pit and outdoor bar area with tv. The short walk to the beach was magical. Our family left refreshed and grateful to have ended 2023 enjoying this lovely home and Hilton Head Island.

Fun, well equipped home

We stayed for the second time at this home. It has a terrific location on the island, easy walk to the beach, convenient to grocery shopping. The kitchen is especially well equipped. There are ample beach chairs, towels and toys. The spa is a bit tricky to get going and warmed up. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as the back gate, some stains on the upholstered couch, and the porch screened door needs repair, but in general, the home is well maintained. The home is very well suited for multiple families to share or multiple generations. The set up with each bedroom having a bath en-suite is excellent.

We had a delightful stay at 5B Hickory Lane! The house and pool were amazing! We enjoyed plenty of room, and the porches! The pool was a big hit with the children and adults alike! We were pleasantly surprised by beach chairs, toys, and blankets for our use! The walk to the beach was shaded and fast!The property managers were amazing and answered our texts promptly! They went above and beyond to communicate before we arrived and during the week! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and well maintained house in Hilton Head. Our family had a blast! The house has easy access through the back gate to the main bike path and beach. Amazing and I think under-rated South Forrest Beach property! Photos don’t do justice to how nice the house and layout really are. The backyard and pool area are fantastic, as is the screened porch and easy beach access. Our family of 6 absolutely loved our stay here.
