Beautifully updated and wonderful ocean views from your balcony of this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with all of the amenities you are looking for on your vacation. Step outside your door to a community private pool, and a short walk to private entrance



The Space:

A little vitamin sea is all you need—get ready for a beach escape!



Location, location, location…..the perfect little beach villa with all the necessities you need for a month or a few days stay. Feel the breeze and view the ocean from the balcony of this updated 1 bedroom brand new 1 bath villa with walk-in tiled shower. Step out the front door to a community private pool (one of two on the property) and a short walk to the private entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park where there is a large pirate ship for the kids and concerts for all; equally close is Coligny Circle with bars and restaurants galore, so no need to call an uber. Most importantly only a five-minute walk on the beach to the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim’s for beach drinks.



This is a gated secure community with parking below the unit. Open floor plan with a king and a comfortable pull out sofa to allow for 4 guests. Private bath with shower and an additional vanity sink in the bedroom; great for getting ready, leaving the bathroom open. Free wifi, cable, and two TVs with remotes. This unit is set up nicely for working, relaxing, and playing.



This vacation rental is perfect in every way: Steps to the ocean and pool. Walk to Coligny shops and restaurants and Celebration Park. Rent and ride bikes on the beach or 100+ mile bike trails that HHI has to offer. Don’t miss your opportunity to have a beautiful vacation getaway at the SeaSide Villas on HHI.



Seaside Villas also has an elevator (right by the unit), charcoal grills with a picnic area, sundeck, coin operated laundry, and bike racks, and ample parking available.

This place was perfect! Great location, clean and a lot more spacious than the photos give it credit for. The owner did a wonderful job at making the most of this condo. There’s storage everywhere! Fridge has an ice maker which made beach cooler packing so easy. The beach was just a few steps away! Coligny is in walking distance. Loads of restaurants and shopping. I’m already planning my next trip!

We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head and this property was perfect! We will definitely look into renting this same property on a return visit. We loved that we could rent bikes and could ride them everywhere.

Great location!

My family had a great time in Seaside 207. The location is just a couple minutes away from Coligny and has very quick access to the beach! The property was as-described and had what we needed for our short 4 day stay. The king-size bed was super comfortable and my kids slept well on the pull-out couch. The complex itself was very nice, never had any trouble finding parking and the family enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again!

Perfect location with only a short walk to the beach. Bed super comfy and updated bathroom was awesome. The covered parking was great and elevator was convenient for unloading. We loved it and would return to this location.

Birthday Vacation

I was very pleased with my stay here. The close proximity to the beach was outstanding. It was just a short walk to the beach. But, I could just look outside the balcony and see the ocean!! Walking to Coligny Plaza was a breeze. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that I needed. Check in was very easy. I hope to return for a longer stay in the future. Thank you!!

Very Tight Space/ Wasn't what I expected

Location was great. Be prepared to use tons of codes. You needed a code for the gate, beach gate, and apartment. As soon as you enter the bed is right there. I thought that was quite awkward. Bathroom was clean yet small. Kitchen/Living room area was a decent size. Wanted that luxury beach stay feeling, felt more like I was in an apartment complex.

Week getaway

Place is just ok. In need of an update. Furniture is old, stained and worn. Kitchen features no oven. The fridge is next to the wall and does not open properly. Sitting on balcony the air conditioner unit takes up a lot of space and very noisy. It’s just an ok place, I wouldn’t pick this one again. But we did have a good time at the beach and shopping.

The Villa was convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay A few suggestions to make it easier for next guest—we initially had problems with entry keypad but after communicating with manager, we found we had to “pull back” on knob before keying ing in code. It Would have been helpful to know since it was 100 degrees while we were trying to gain entry. . We asked about beach chairs and did not bring our own. One of the beach chairs is broken and found out only when we tried to use Other than these issues, we had no problems.

The condo is NOT “updated”. The bathroom has obviously been updated but nothing else. The air conditioning unit is on the tiny balcony. This is not an oceanfront condo, but ocean view and that’s a stretch. If you enjoy having the parking lot as your main view, seeing the ocean from one side of the balcony and listening to the air conditioning while doing so, this is the place for you. Definitely not suited for more than 2-people. Will not be returning.

Great Stay!

The villa is perfect for a couples getaway. With a king-size bed, beachfront location, and being walking distance to Coligany, it was a great stay! Our only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains to the bedroom because the lights coming in from the hallway were extremely bright when trying to sleep!

Property is in a great location - easy beach access and walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Apartment is a bit small, but works for 2 people. I wouldn't recommend having more than 2 people or it would be cramped. Kitchen did not have an oven, which I did not realize, so plan accordingly if you plan to make any meals in the apartment. TVs were finicky. Overall, it was pleasant and great for a 2 person weekend trip.
