Seabatical-Beautiful ocean view! w/Bikes & Chairs

Welcome to our shabby chic vacation villa! It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a queen bed with a pillow top Serta sleeper mattress in the bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa with gel mattress and two bunks in the hallway for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook your own meals, has a full sized flat surface stove, full sized dishwasher and refrigerator. Beach chairs and bikes are included for your use.

We are locals and clean and maintain our villas ourselves and assure you that they are very clean and well maintained! If you are celebrating a special event and would like me to leave something special, flowers, wine, etc. just let me know and I will have it waiting when you arrive.
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Quaint and convenient!

This was perfect for my spouse and I! We decided to take a quick impromptu get away to the beach and this place was just the ticket. It has easy access to the beach and is conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again the next time we decide to come to HHI. The host is accomodating and communication is excellent!

We stay at different villas each summer. This unit was probably our favorite. Just as listed, clean, nothing weird, we could ALL sit at the table , there were plenty of towel hooks(the biggest deal at a beach rental! ) and a sweet birthday greeting when we arrived. Overall great stay!

Perfect location

Our family had such a great stay here! The location is perfect. Super handy right on the beach and minutes from lots of food options. We weren't staying long enough to utilize the bikes but they would have been so convenient for riding to the shops. At one point we needed more trashbags so I messaged the host and they had some delivered in minutes. Overall excellent experience!

My husband and I stayed for our 3 year anniversary and it was perfect for just the two of us. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. And it was a short walk down to the beach!

Good family vacation spot

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The condo isn’t fancy, but that was not what we were looking for. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach, with a clean pool. Coligny Plaza was just a short walk, with lots of dining options as well as shopping and entertainment. All of it was very kid-friendly. Our host was pretty quick to respond with any questions we had.

Perfect!

Staying at Seaside Villas is always a relaxing experience, but this condo was absolutely perfect! Kendall is such a wonderful hostess and made my stay the perfect getaway. She was extremely accommodating and very vigilant with any correspondence we had. I highly recommend staying here.
