About the Villa - FIRST FLOOR

Pull into your own extra-wide parking spot right out front. A lighted walkway leads to a simple 4-digit keyless entry, self-check-in begins at 4:00 PM, no key exchange needed. If you are arriving at night, a motion-activated porch light keeps the entrance bright, and a Ring video doorbell provides an added layer of security. (There are no cameras inside the home.) Plenty of yard space is available for locking up bikes.

Kitchen & Dining

The beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking: quartz countertops, premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and a generous pantry pre-stocked with oils, vinegar, spices, plastic wrap, foil, and food storage bags. You can skip the grocery run for basics and get straight to vacation. Multiple empty deep drawers keep your food organized and the kitchen clutter-free. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table while streaming your favorite playlist through the Bose Wave Speaker with Bluetooth. The Ninja specialty coffee maker handles ground coffee, single-serve, and comes with a milk frother for morning lattes and cappuccinos.

Living Room

Sink into the sofa after a full day on the island. Dim the sconces, switch on the ceiling fan, and choose from Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount+, Netflix, or 125+ live cable channels on the 55″ wall-mounted Smart TV. Perfect for movie nights and rainy afternoons.

Deck

Step outside for an alfresco meal or sunset cocktail at the bar-height table with barstools. Quiet evenings are the norm here, as the community courts are non-lighted and exclusive to just 34 villas, so nights stay peaceful.

Enjoy one of the largest villa bedroom floor plans in all of Sea Pines. A luxurious Stearns & Foster Estate Series king mattress (innerspring and memory foam, new 2026), two spacious high quality dressers, dual bedside USB chargers, ceiling fan, and a 40″ wall-mounted Smart TV. The stunning new en suite bath is a true retreat: dual teak vanities, quartz countertops, porcelain flooring, a large walk-in shower with marble mosaic inset and skylight, and a custom walk-in closet with wood hangers. An in-wall laptop safe keeps valuables secure.

Desk and Sitting Area

Adjacent to the primary suite, this bonus space (added in 2019) is perfect for catching up on work or curling up and enjoying a quiet read on the comfortable reading chair. The area includes a desk, chair, 27″ monitor, and reading chair. Bring your own laptop, keyboard, and mouse, or your yoga mat to keep your routine during vacation.

Getting to the Beach

The Sea Pines Beach Club is the best beach access on Hilton Head Island and just 1.3 miles from the villa. The most enjoyable way to get there is a scenic 8-minute bike ride or a free resort trolley with multiple stops right near the villa.

Peak Season Note (March 24 – September 5), during peak season rental guests can either take the convenient free trolley or bike making getting there easy and enjoyable. Bike rentals are affordable: The Peddling Pelican is right across the street and offers delivery and pickup.

Pool, Tennis & Pickleball

Inland Harbour's community pool and courts are exclusively for the 34 villa owners and their guests, which means no resort crowds, no waiting, and a genuinely peaceful experience.

With 16 miles of interconnected leisure trails, including paths winding through the tranquil 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve, you can reach the beach, restaurants, shopping, happy hour, and sunset dinner without ever starting your car.

A Perfect Day at Island Song Villa

Start your morning watching the sunrise from the Beach Club, then bike back to the villa for a homemade breakfast in the kitchen. Play a round of pickleball on the community courts, take a dip in the pool, and hop on bikes to explore the leisure trails through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Cap the evening with cocktails watching the sun set over the marina at the Harbour Town Lighthouse, just a 5-minute walk or bike ride from the villa.

Low-Allergen Environment

Island Song Villa has been thoughtfully designed with allergy-sensitive guests in mind. Our 2026 renovations included:
• Whole-house dehumidifier and air purifier
• All-new HVAC ductwork with MERV 13 filters
• HEPA vacuum, new mattresses, pillow and mattress encasements
• New upholstered furniture, low pile rugs and minimal carpet (stairs only)

This is a pet-free property, maintained to the highest standard for guests with allergies. Guests with sensitivities can truly breathe easy.
