You will love this 2-bedroom villa with a King bed in each bedroom sofa bed in the living with room for sleeping for 6. This top floor villa has an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bath has been updated with tile and tub. There is private sleeping in the king bedrooms. Relax on your private balcony at the end of a long day with a view of the pool. The Sands has an outdoor community pool perfect for cooling off. This is an incredible beach property conveniently located in the popular Forest Beach Coligny area with shops, restaurants, and activities. Book your vacation now!



The Sands provides an ideal location for your vacation. No car is needed to stay here. You can walk to restaurants, shopping at Coligny Square which is across the street, and Hilton Head's Celebration Park.



The Forest Beach area of Hilton Head is the sought-after vacation area of the island. Enjoy the shops and restaurants of Coligny Beach or happy hour at the Tiki Hut.

Coligny stay

Property is in a great location next to Coligny Plaza. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The property is older but well kept. The condo was well stocked and clean for an extended stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
