    Centrally located in Sea Pines Resort, this townhouse style condo has been completely renovated and includes panoramic lagoon views from the deck, a new kitchen island and appliances, new flooring, and new bedding! Feel right at home with beautiful furnishings and a spacious kitchen offering all the tools you need to make a delicious meal for the whole group. A staircase leads to the loft area that offers even more space for guests to spread out. Take a step outside and soak in the lagoon view while drinking your morning coffee, then make your way to the tennis courts for a day of friendly competition! Hilton Head is a wonderful place. Our family has grown to the point where we can no longer all stay at "grandpa's house". This is an excellent option. Walkable to grandpa's house, and a great overall location.The condo seemed to be under some construction with spackle on the walls, which is the only reason for the cleanliness imperfection. Seems to be a new VRBO, with essentially no "extras" in the kitchen. No salt, no sugar, no spices other than pepper. No coffee, though there is both a Keurig and a Mr. coffee.There was a small leak in the bathroom, which I reported immediately. They could not have been more prompt, and the repair man could not have been more gracious. It was a good experience, especially since it was over the holiday.

The property overall was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom had chipping paint that seemed like it might need attention. The front steps and porch could use a little freshening up. Overall it was comfortable and the location was nice. We would rent again.

Perfect location for relaxing Sea Pines adventure

The unit was the perfect size for my parents and my husband and I to stay downstairs, while our 2 adult sons and wife stayed upstairs. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to have plenty of room in the kitchen and common areas. We used the pool every day and it was so convenient across from the unit! We enjoyed our 15 minute bike ride to the beach and all over the island. Perfect location for all ages! The sitting area outside by the lake was a great gathering area which we all enjoyed!

Nice condo bike ride distance to Harbour Town

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 7. The location. Was near Lawton Stables & Harbour Town. The complex pool is directly across which is nice although the pool water was too warm. A couple of recommendations for the home. Please purchase new pans for the kitchen and a dustpan.

Great Sea Pines location

We love this location with the pond view, access to the pool and tennis courts, and central location to all that Se Pines has to offer! This is our second stay in this unit and were overall pleased. However, we were very disappointed with the WiFi strength which was not capable of supporting teleworking for even simple tasks like emails. We requested tech support, but only had response from the office staff. They requested IT support, but it was not addressed during our 5 day stay. The upstairs loft was also very warm and it took 3 days for a repairman to respond to try to fix the ceiling fan. He wasn’t able to fix it during our stay, but I do think the fan could help. Overall, good stay and a few fixes would make this a 5 star stay.

Very clean space and the main room is very open so it feels big. The view outback was nice. Beds were super comfy. Everything nice and updated. Few conflicting things with check in and check out processes - received texts, emails and a packet within the house that all said slightly different things. So I found it slightly confusing and odd to book with VRBO but also a company.

Condo is bigger than pictures show. Plenty of room for the six of us. Beds are very comfortable. Place was very clean. Had a charcoal grill on patio for use. Nice being across the street from the pool which was nice. We would come back here again.
