- Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor unit. Condo offers an open floor plan. The living area features TV, Sofa, table for 6 and balcony. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, coffee maker, washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has twin bunks and a queen bed. Renovated bathroom w/ a granite top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Condo has chairs, toys, beach and umbrella. Community has a shared pool, and access to the beach on walking/biking trails. Close to all Hilton Head has to offer; Coligny Circle. Pirate Park, Harris Teeter, Sea Pines and much much more !
