Low Country luxury in the heart of Sea Pines. You and your family will love Shady Pines. This beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath private home has everything to make lasting vacation memories. Nestled on a cul-da-sac you’ll love everything this home has to offer.

At the heart of this property, you’ll find open living spaces with gorgeous natural light. Enjoy sitting on oversized and comfortable sleeper sofas while watching the big screen smart TV. Accent that with two plush recliners in front the soaring decorative fireplace.
The kitchen and dining area offers granite countertops with 6 bar chairs for social or fine dining experiences. It is perfect for cooking and entertaining. There is a large dining table with an additional 8 comfortable dining chairs
The kitchen itself has everything you’ll need to create a culinary masterpiece. Stainless appliances and all the necessities you need to cook at home if you choose not to go to one of Hilton Heads fine restaurants.
The doors open to an outside open living space give way to a spacious lanai, boasting a calm tranquil conservation area leading to steps to an updated pool deck and pool. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee. Simply ask and we’ll get it heated.
Four guest rooms continue to express best of Lowcountry living amid marvelously updated surroundings. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each boast a king size bed with plenty of space to store your belongings as well as a smart TV. The 4th bedroom has a comfortable daybed and twin bunks also with a smart TV and games.
This house has private parking. There is a 3-car maximum outside. We offer beach chairs and accessories.

This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend. Dogs ONLY please! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. Please let us know if you have any questions! NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED!

Great location and pool

We were able to walk easily to many things- the beach, tennis court, shops/restaurants. Easy drive to many other things. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This home was perfect for our trip with family friends! We had kids 3-7 and they loved the set up! The location can’t be beat- once we got there, we were able to bike everywhere until we went home. The pool is a bit small, but the kids didn’t seem to mind! We had a blast during our stay.

Wonderful for families

Our family of six adults enjoyed a wonderful week. The kitchen was well-stocked and had plenty of room for all of us to prepare meals. Three king-sized beds were also a real plus.

House and host are fabulous! Had friends from Toronto join us for their first experience on HHI. Great location, mid-Sea Pines. Easy to bike to Salty Dog, Harbor Town, nature preserve, Stoney Barnard ruins as well as the beach. Definitely will not go wrong with this rental.

Great stay

Nicely updated open floor plan with exceptionally well stocked kitchen, nice spacious deck and nice little pool, great biking and walking trails, just an overall good spot, beautiful beach easy bike ride away. Community pool a littte dark and not terribly inviting. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Would absolutely come back

Spring Break Haven

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was perfect for two families with young children. Everyone had their own space, in addition to a large common room. The pool was absolutely perfect for the kids, and we were able to have it heated for week. The owner was extremely kind, considerate and reaponsive. It was a fabulous week in Sea Pines!

Making Sweet Memories

This was my Mom’s first vacation with both of her children and grandchildren, so we wanted it to be special for her. This house was beautiful and had everything you could ask for. The pool was warm, so even though we had a few chilly days and nights, we were still able to use it. We would love to stay there again sometime!

Great house

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with everything. Bike trails very close. The weather was unbearably hot…so the small pool outback was nice…and it is shaded mostly from all of the landscaping. Overall a great house for families!

The house was perfect. Quiet area and the pool was very nice. House accommodated 10 adults and two children very well. The only disappointment was an error in information. At booking I asked how far was the walk to the beach from this property. Laura (not sure if her role) said it was .4 miles and would take 3 to 5 minutes. Reality, property was over a mile to walk from the beach and took almost 10 minutes to drive. Just wish that my question had been answered with accurate information.

wonderful experience!

We recently rented this home for vacation with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our group! Every detail was so well thought out and we had everything we needed to have a relaxing and very comfortable stay here. The pool was an added treat for us all ! We had a couple of questions for our host during our stay and she was very helpful and responsive to our texts. The house is convenient to everything we needed throughout our stay. We would love to vacation here again!

Great house, great host, great location

We were a group of 5 men in Hilton Head for a golf weekend. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. We all slept comfortably with plenty of beds, bathrooms and open seating areas. Back deck and pool were excellent. Grill worked well and kitchen had all of the necessary supplies. Stephanie was great with communication. Location was convenient for golf, beach, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Home with a Great Location

This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. The main living area with an open kitchen and family room is great for spending time with friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming. The location in Sea Pines is amazing. Less than a mile walk to the beach. A quick path less than 200 yds from the driveway gets you on the main trails in Sea Pines. It is centrally located so that going out of Sea Pines is quick and easy as well as getting to the beach club or Harbor Town. We had a great stay.

Lovely Property!

We just returned home from a fabulous week in HHI. This was our 6th consecutive Thanksgiving visit but our first time staying at this property. It exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, well-maintained house in close proximity to everything you need in Sea Pines/Harbour Town. The house was immaculate with a well-stocked kitchen. We prepared our Thanksgiving meal there and it had everything we needed and more. We also loved being able to bring our black lab with us this year. We look forward to returning next Thanksgiving.

All Around Perfect

It’s always great when something exceeds your expectations, and both the property and the responsiveness of the owner did just that. The house was perfect and extremely well appointed. We needed nothing but groceries to make our stay perfect. When I grilled some steaks our second night there, I noticed one of the burners was not working. I let the owner know that evening, and we had a brand new grill on the deck, set up and ready to go, by noon the next day. Our stay was a truly five-star experience!

Anniversary Celebration

To celebrate our anniversary we invited our two children, their spouses, one grandchild and one dog to come. The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was the best stocked of any house we’ve ever rented to cook any meal you could think of. It was clean and beautifully decorated just like in the photos! We enjoyed the pool and loved the outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. We had a great time and hope to do it again. Thanks Stephanie.

Great place for a family

The home was perfect for us. My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter stayed on one side of the house, and my husband, my adult son, and I stayed on the other side. The bedrooms were comfortable and attractive. Having three baths was appreciated! The living/dining area was just the right size, and the seating was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything one might need. My granddaughter also enjoyed the pool and the back deck. The home is within easy walking distance of Sea Pines Center. Guiseppe's Pizza, Truffles, a coffee shop, and other cute shops are there. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with. She even helped me retrieve a special bracelet that I left behind! I recommend this property and would book again!
