Come and stay at the perfect beachfront villa and listen to the waves crashing just outside your windows while you relax in the soothing coastal breeze.

This villa is approximately 1400 square feet & offers beautiful relaxed beach decor & hardwood flooring throughout. 2 full bathrooms & a great kitchen with tile flooring. An open floor plan with the living room that features a 50” flat screen smart TV , a large L shaped sofa with a swivel reclining chair & a dining table with seating for 6. Best of all, you get to enjoy the fabulous view from an oceanfront balcony, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 32” flat screen smart TV and fabulous views of the ocean. The private full bath with this bedroom has a shower room just off from the vanity. The balcony can also be accessed from this Master; perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee & watching the sun rise.

The second bedroom has 2 Full size beds. This bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV. The hall way full bath is shared with this bedroom and also has a bathtub/shower combination.

Entering the kitchen you will see tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and light maple cupboards. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any meals you may wish to prepare. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen.

You will also enjoy the large oceanfront heated pool, (pool is heated 3/1 - 4/30 & 10/1 - 11/30). The pool is adjacent to a large cabana with a covered deck & there is a children’s pool on sight as well. With the first floor location, you are seconds away from the swimming pool and the ocean. Open the sliding glass doors and you’re just a few strides away - now that's convenience!

Captain’s Walk offers one of the best panoramic ocean views on the island. With each building parallel to the dunes, you will feel immersed in the sand and surf. Paved walkways on the grounds converge on the oceanfront pool and a private beach boardwalk with showers. These villas are conveniently located next to the Omni Oceanfront Resort which has specialty shops and restaurants.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons. There are 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts on the premises. A convenient bikeway leads under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, with shops, restaurants, and numerous boating excursions. Bike, kayak, & canoe rentals can be obtained at the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters, & The General Store is conveniently located just across the street for any basic needs or souvenirs you may desire!

Amazing Location

You cannot beat the location! The first floor is extremely convenient for beach and pool access. It’s a short bike ride to Shelter Cove area. We enjoyed the mama deer and her 2 babies that visit daily. The beach was busy but we were able to set up our tent and have plenty of space. Overall great property and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our family for Spring Break. Loved Palmetto Dunes and Captains Walk pool and location to the beach (very short walk over the boardwalk over the dunes). Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing location!

The condo was clean and well maintained and well stocked with kitchen appliances and essentials, towels, and beach chairs. We traveled with our child who had his own room and bathroom, which was ideal. The best thing about this condo is the access to the beach. Literally steps away from the boardwalk. Super easy to return from the beach and rinse off everything before going inside. The whole resort property is nice with a gated entrance for safety, trails for walking and biking, and close to Kroger! I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful villa and perfect location! The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk to the beach/pool right from our balcony! Communication with the host was super easy! I definitely recommend staying at 402 Captain’s Walk!

Great week in Palmetto Dunes

We had an awesome stay in Palmetto Dunes! The location can’t be beat and we were happy to find Tim’s place. The first floor location makes it super convenient to go to and from the beach and pool and the house had all the space we needed. Liked that there were beach chairs and towels as we had flown into town and couldn’t bring ours. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is located in an ideal spot in Palmetto dunes right on the beach. You can see the ocean from the patio the bedroom and living room. It certainly is the perfect spot to visit Hilton Head island.

Fabulous 2 bedroom condo

Great location, first floor, close to pool and a few steps to the beach! Condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped! Beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom was very spacious! Everything was great, we were there for a month...it was like our home away from home!!!! Will definitely return!!

This property was exactly as described, it was very quick walk to the beach and pool. A nice plus was the deer that visited us in the evening by the porch. This rental provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs. This was a very peaceful location which made this so enjoyable. We would definitely return and recommend.

So Close to the Beach!

Love the location of this villa! Very easy access to the beach and pool. The villa is great and has everything you need. Tim responds to messages quickly. We already have it booked for next year.

Nice location and amenities as described. Super comfortable king size bed! We didn’t cook there at all but kitchen looked well stocked. Saw the HHI deer twice while we were there, right outside the condo window! And tons of dolphin sightings. Very nice beach in front of complex.

Perfect place on the beach

Location is perfect. First level is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries. Building location nearby pool and walk out to ocean. Small enough community that doesn't feel too busy overall. The place itself has plenty of space, is extremely well stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable overall.

Never Didappoints

I have stayed at this rental multiple times, and I don’t think it could get any better! When our week was over, we didn’t want to leave so visited a few other ‘on the beach’ rentals that were available. They just couldn’t hold water to this one, so we returned home. This is my #1 go-to spot!! I’ll be back over and over.
