You will love to vacation at the brand new completely renovated Ocean Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis with top-of-the-line finishes. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, child bunk beds in the private hall, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The open floor plan kitchen has quartz countertops including an island for extra counter space. There are beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state of the art tiled bathroom. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is a short walk to the beach and pool.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. Enjoy the Summertime fun at HHBT. Monday night movies at the pool, Wednesday night karaoke, and Thursday afternoon pool party. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.

Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.

Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

This was my second visit after a great first time last year. Everything you need is here with easy access to the beach, onsite restaurants, pool tennis, beach bar, etc. The communication is very good and everything set up to be easy as can be to allow for nothing but time to enjoy. We loved our stay in this villa. My boys loved the bunk beds and the blue light/speaker that is in the bathroom. My oldest has already requested a return trip. Comfortable beds, LOVE the bedroom ceiling fan - everything was clean and the appliances are great! Exactly what we needed for our quick getaway.

1st Anniversary Vacation

This was our 1st stay here. The property provided everything we needed in the condo. It is small but very comfortable for just the two of us. Short walk to the pool, beach and pool side bar from the nearby parking lot. Only suggestion is using something not quite as strong in scent for cleaning for those with asthma. Would definitely stay again.

Great little condo.

Loved the condo. It’s been renovated recently, and was spotless. Mind you, the bunk beds are pretty small, so they only work for young kids. Check in process was super easy. I just wish there had been more basic supplies (no sponge in the kitchen, really?). Walk up to the beach in a few minutes. Great place overall!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an amazing stay in this villa. It was recently updated and everything was very clean. We stayed with our 3 kids and they all loved it as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking tools we needed to make this a home away from home. Our kids were so sad to have to say goodbye, but we hope to be back again in the future. This is our second stay at this resort and we came back because of how convenient it is to have such easy access to a beach and pool, especially with 3 kids. We highly recommend this resort and the villa was perfect.

Our stay was amazing. It was very clean and modern. The space is small however it was just what my husband and I needed. If you have small children the bunk beds are perfect. The space has all the utensils you will need to cook, and clean. We only needed to buy the groceries. 10/10 recommend.

Love this condo! Perfect getaway!

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo unit was squeaky clean and the overall resort property was well put-together. This unit isn’t a far walk at all from the pool and the beach, maybe 3-5 minutes at most. We really enjoyed having a full, renovated kitchen to cook meals in - the appliances were far nicer than you’ll find in many rentals. The staff at Oceanside Properties were so friendly and accommodating when we communicated via email and text. We will certainly be back!

Second year staying at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. This room was newly renovated and super clean, comfortable and included some beach and pool toys along with 2 beach chairs and plenty of linens for our entire stay. We came back to the resort for the events at the pool and comfort of the resort in general. We didn’t utilize the fishing lagoon this year but it is also something we enjoy about the resort.

Mary was easy to get in touch with. She gave me everything I needed for the property before arriving to the condo. The condo was clean and inviting. Very clean!

The place was very clean, and the host was great and accommodating! It has a very stocked selection of cookware, but unlike some rentals, it only had salt and pepper for spices and extras. If you plan to cook, bring the essentials and the extras. Many reviewers mentioned that the place was very small, and they are correct. There's barely any walking room in the bedroom with the queen bed (I hit my leg a few times), and the bunk beds are for smaller children. The living space was more roomy, but smaller than most. Other than being a little small, the space was great!
