This airy, ocean oriented, three bedroom townhouse is the perfect oasis for your next vacation. There is a split level entry. To the immediate left is the laundry room and full bathroom with walk in shower. On the ground level you will find the sitting room with sleeper sofa, two chairs and TV – a perfect place to lounge or a perfect place for the kids to gather. There is a sliding door out to the patio overlooking the complex and pool featuring a table for six and a charcoal grill. Also on the ground level is a bedroom with queen and twin bed that uses the entry bath. Ten steps up from the entry is the main living area, which offers a full seating arrangement. The dining area room has seating for 6 and is next to the fully equipped kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances. There are sliding doors from the main living area to the balcony patio to relax after a long beach day. Five steps up to the top floor with two king bedrooms, each with private baths with walk in showers. Hilton Head Beach Villas is conveniently located in South Forest Beach, situated just a short stroll to the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, far enough away from the crowds of Coligny but close enough to walk to. There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

We love Hilton Head Beach Villa 25. This is our third time there, and each time we love it more and more. It is ideal for a family like ours with three young kids and traveling with our grandparents. There are plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There are also two living spaces for hanging out and watching TV. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities we could want. For the first time we took advantage of the closet full of board games. It is so handy having the washer and dryer in the unit. We all love that the pool is so close - it takes seconds to walk there (but it's not too close that i worry about the kids going in when they aren't supposed to). Our three year old loved the toddler pool and the boys loved playing in the bigger pool. We also love that the beach is so close - a short, lovely stroll over the boardwalk. Ideal for quick trips back to the condo for using the bathroom or grabbing snacks / toys / sunscreen. The beach could not be any prettier and you can see it from the upstairs balcony. i love quiet time in the morning sipping coffee on the upstairs balcony. The location of the condo is ideal - a short walk to coligny circle, a short bike ride to sea pines, and very close to so many delicious restaurants. The owner of the condo was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. We love it there and cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful condo

We have stayed in a couple of condos in this complex, and this one is my favorite. From the location to the pool, to the clean environment, to the furniture that fits the unit well, we very much enjoyed our stay. The only drawback, at no fault of the condo owner, is the mosquitos. We definitely needed bug spray to sit out on the balcony. Otherwise, no complaints.

We love staying at this Beach house, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable, and is in the perfect location. We love taking morning walks on the beach, walking to Coligny, biking and eating out. Looking forward to coming back back in May with kids and grandkids!I

Family Vacation

The unit is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including a French door refrigerator freezer. The unit includes extra features such as cleaning supplies, beach chairs and floats, games, books, and DVDs. The deck remains shaded all day due to the gorgeous Live Oak tree outside. The downstairs patio has an outdoor table with umbrella for outdoor evening meals. The only drawback to this unit is the mattresses. The master bedroom mattress is extra extra firm, almost hard as a rock. The queen bed in the upstairs bedroom is also very firm. If you prefer a softer mattress, bring a pillow topper with you.

Great Villa, Great Location

This villa was amazing. Kudos to the cleaning company as I have never stayed in such a clean rental! I was almost afraid to cook in the spotless kitchen (how did the get the oven so clean?. The kitchen was well stocked also. I always pack extra towels but I will have to say that they gave each guest one wash cloth, one hand towel and two bath towels which was great. They also put a little baggie in the kitchen and each bathroom with some soaps and toiletries which would be great if you forgot to pack some and didn't want to run to the store on move-in day (they also provide several rolls of TP and a small roll of papertowel). We usually stay in Palmetto Dunes but as our number of attendees decreased and we didn't need a big house, we quickly realized that the beach access from their villas was becoming painful. This villa is just steps from the beach. It is in a gated community with 30 units, so the pool was never packed and the beach was within steps. We actually rented an umbrella and two chairs for the week which was great. The life guard set it up every morning and took it down every night. This is now our family's favorite villa. We walked to Coligny Village for dinner, ice cream and shopping. The drive was very close as well and when we did drive, parking was not an issue (we probably got lucky). We were also close to many of our favorite restaurants and activities. The only thing my family missed was riding bikes throughout the Dunes neighborhood. The bike/walking path on the main road was across the street from the villa. Traffic on the road was very busy and crossing was challenging as there was no crosswalk. We had a great stay and will definitely rent this villa again.
