About this property

Ocean view condo with BEST location on the island!

  • Our unit is located on the first floor near the stairway for easy access. Also close to the elevator for bringing up luggage or shopping purchases. The balcony faces the pool and has a direct view of the ocean. Inside there is one queen sized bed, built in bunk beds, a pull out couch, and one bathroom. Every room has been renovated within the past three years and freshly painted in February 2023. We have a wonderful cleaning/maintenance crew to make sure everything is clean and working for your visit. It's all about the location! Quick walk across the street to Coligny Plaza for restaurants with live music, coffee/bakery, grocery store, and shopping options. Short walking distance to two beachside bars. Pool Bar Jim's to the North, and the brand new Holiday Inn Tiki Hut beach bar to the South. Both can be accessed from the beach or from the street. Best location on the island!

Perfect Getaway!

A week on Hilton Head was a perfect getaway! The condo was clean, organized and equipped for a weeks' stay. We loved the pool and close ocean access. There are great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. We will be back !

This was a perfect size unit for our family of three, but another kiddo would have been fine. It had just enough space to relax and unwind at the end of the day and cook a few lunches. The location was amazing. Its between 2 beach view restaraunts and you can walk or bike to everything, including Coligny Square and the beach. When I say walk, I mean litetally a 5 minute walk or less in all directions. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to help us with a small problem and we couldnt have been more thankful. This was a great find and one of our favorite trips.

We really enjoyed our stay the Breakers. Very close to everything we needed but also in a central location on the island for venturing out. I would only suggest some hooks for clothes hats and towels etc.

Wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed 3 nights on Labor Day weekend in the condo. The space was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and amazing location! So close to the nice pool and beach! The beach was so crowded since it was a holiday weekend but still enjoyable. Only thing we wished the condo had was an oven. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

I stayed here for 3 days. I wanted to get away to the beach without breaking the bank. The location is perfect. I didn't even move my car once I got there. Everything you need is within a couple minutes walking distance. Grocery store, eating, shopping, the ocean, pool. The gaurd was very very friendly.

My husband and two teenagers and I loved staying here! Even though it is smaller than some of the other properties we looked at we fit in comfortably and and we’re so glad that we chose a place right next to the beach. With days that we were visiting being hot with high humidity, it would’ve been very unpleasant to walk several blocks to the beach, but this way we were no more than 60 seconds to the shore, and it was just perfect. Great communication, and when there was a problem with the air conditioner, our host had it fixed immediately. Having beach chairs to take to the ocean, as well as a boogie board was a wonderful bonus that we took advantage of!

Great place

Wonderful location, perfect for a very small family or just two people. An issue came up with the ac I text Kendra and she had someone there within a couple hours to address the issue. Floors weren’t super clean when we arrived but there was everything we needed there to sweep and clean it up. It’s impassible to keep sand off the floors when you are on the ocean. Loved the food recommendations, we went to three of them. Would stay again
