Enjoy the spectacular direct oceanfront villa from the balcony on Hilton Head Island! Have breakfast on the balcony while looking at the sunrise, later take a short walk and spend the day on the beach or take a dip in the heated pool.

Our one-bedroom top floor oceanfront villa has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and fully equipped kitchen for dining in. The living and dining area are combined with a balcony off the living room with a spectacular oceanfront view to enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Additional bedding for this unit includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and a bed in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which is ideal for a small child.

The amenities include a heated oceanfront pool, elevator for easy access, laundry room, and BBQ grills. Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside bar and Grill and Starbucks.

Ocean Dunes, south end of the island, is located in the heart of Hilton Head Island. It is a short distance from Coligny Plaza with many shops, restaurants, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 10-acre park.

Perfect Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations.The location was ideal— close enough to everything we wanted to do, but quiet and peaceful enough to truly unwind. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in and check-out a breeze.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing week in this clean and comfortable ocean front condo. The pictures do it justice, and the balcony view of the pool and ocean can’t be beat! Can’t wait to return one day soon!

My wife and I loved the condo! Amazing view on the beach and the pool was great to relax at. The location is walking/biking distance from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

After 26 years… Return to HHI!

Property was as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, small condo, but we knew that before arrival. Two concerns… Number one, the coffee pot was broken and number two, for the premium price we paid for the ocean view, the carpet needs to be replaced on the balcony. Other than that, great accommodations!

Top Notch

Our unit at Ocean Dunes suited us perfectly. Clean and comfortable - always a priority. Location, mid-island is perfect. We love to bike and this location allows us to reach just about any chosen destination without getting in the car. Excellent ocean view from the fourth floor with comfortable rocking chairs on the balcony. Kitchen is generously stocked, as are linens. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Loved our stay and plan to return. Absolutely no complaints.

A fantastic getaway!

We have stayed in Hilton Head several times over the past 3 years for tennis tournaments. This was our favorite condo we have stayed in so far. The layout made it seem much roomier and it had everything we could need. The view is outstanding, the pool was wonderful and proximity to the beach was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful! Will be going back as often as I can!!

This villa is the perfect place for 1-3 people. Everything you need is there but the view, pool, beach, etc is the reason to be there. Much more affordable than the larger properties surrounding with the same view and access to beach! Owner is great with communication! Coin laundry right outside the door is convenient and not taking up space in the unit!

Efficiency apartment with a great view

If proximity to beach is your single biggest priority, this place might work well for you. Beautiful ocean view. Very short and easy walk to beach. Kitchen and bath are updated and very well stocked with whatever you might need. Place was very clean and no visible mold despite feeling “moist” and smelling a bit musty. Bedroom is well furnished and comfortable. Owner is lovely and extremely responsive (she messaged me back within minutes each time I had a question). Building not fancy; you get what you pay for, especially considering proximity to beach. The front door could use attention. I didn’t feel unsafe but a proper seal around the door would be good. Might also help with moisture/mustiness.

Beach Beauty

We were thrilled with this cute small 1 bed 1 bath for the 2 of us. It was perfect for us we could make breakfast in unit shower and sleep all we needed then out ALL DAY at Pool or Beach right there. Worked out Wonderful for us and Owner Jenny was fantastic to work with. So honest; helpful and prompt in responding to all my crazy concerns!!!! Hope to come back again next year to stay here.

Just What We Needed

We were looking for a brief and relatively inexpensive stay on the beach where we would have an ocean view and this is it! Breakfast and lunch could be prepared in the condo and then out to dinner at the many fantastic restaurants along the water! The condo is not large or fancy and upgrades are needed such as central air (as opposed to the current 2 units, one of which interferes with the sound of the ocean) and a code for the door instead of keys, but that’s true for the entire building. We absolutely loved our stay!

Pros: Excellent communication, easy check-in/out, decent view of the pool and ocean, some amenities provided like pool noodles, books, and toiletries. Conveniently located near the elevator. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and sofa, lack of comfortable seating, tiny hallway "bed" uncomfortable with two air conditioners in bedroom and living room (so the hallway was hot and miserable), long (long!) walk to the beach and pool, poor water pressure in the shower, parking and traffic issues, noisy bedroom due to elevator and laundry room, crowded surroundings, not the relaxing vacation expected. Overall, a disappointing experience, not recommended unless you enjoy an overly active and crowded environment. Zero relaxation.

Great Stay!

Pros: Condo was a perfect size for two people. Two adults and one kid would have plenty of room also. It was small but well organized and didn’t feel crowded. The location was great! Easy to get to pool and beach. The pool was really close to the beach and there were bathrooms near the beach. It would have been nice to have a shower at the bathrooms, but there was only a foot wash. The beach view from the condo was great. It was easy to get bikes to the bike path and to the beach. We used the beach access between our condo and the Hilton for the bikes so we could wash the bikes with the hose there. We rode our bikes to eat and to the store so we didn’t even need to get in the car. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. We didn’t cook much. Cons: though the area was very quiet, the condo is not very noise proof. If you like to go to bed early or sleep in, I would suggest a sound machine. Also, it would be nice to have curtains instead of just blinds in the bedroom. The bedroom window seams bright from the hallway light. The bed isn’t soft but isn’t terrible, and the water pressure isn’t great. However, none of the cons are deal breakers, and I would definitely rent this condo again. It was good deal for the price.
