Beach concept with a twist of shabby chic! Coastal hues of grey, blue, yellow and beige to compliment what you are looking out over the oceanfront balcony....a beautiful landscape of sand dunes and a wide beach overlooking the Atlantic. Complete remodeled 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Villa sleeps 6 on the top floor (3rd floor). This villa looks directly over the pool and beach. Watch a beautiful sunrise from your balcony while having your morning coffee or sip on your favorite drink while listening to the waves crashing on the shore during your own personal happy hour.

Bedroom offers a king size bed with new suite mattress and pillows. Sleep in luxury just like you would at many resorts. It also offers a closet and dresser for your belongings. The hall has 2 built in bunk beds large enough to sleep small adults or kids. Comfortable living room area has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and recliner.

The villa has quartz countertops in the kitchen and is equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances to include a full size range, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig and 12 cup pot), and sink with garbage disposal. Other amenities include full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, a full line of cooking utensils, new pans, blender and crock pot. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom as well as a 50” SMART TV in the living room. Bathroom has a walk in shower vanity with quartz surround, and hair dryer. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom, kitchen and on the balcony to keep you cool when you don’t want to use the AC or just to keep the air moving on a hot summer day.

The unit includes all your bedding, a starter set of towels for a party of 6, and kitchen towels. There are laundry facilities and vending machines on the 1st and 2nd floor. You can purchase a card in the first floor laundry room to use either in the 1st or 2nd laundry machines.

Other things available on the property are bike rentals, a beautiful playground for your children, a fitness center, 10 tennis/pickle ball courts with full-time teaching pro, pro shop, seasonal children’s activities/programs, shuffleboard, picnic tables, on site security, and a convenient store. Along with the pool/ beach bar, there is a sports bar, pizza restaurant and a full service restaurant on property.

The unit overlooks the largest ocean front pool on HHI. It also has a kiddie pool for your little ones. You will have the convenience of being able to walk up and grab a drink or sandwich in your bathing suit at the resorts pool/beach bar instead of having to go back to your villa. The pool/beach bar has deck seating and offers seasonal entertainment. Also, when your kids or you want an afternoon treat just walk up and grab a snow cone or an ice cream cone.

Imagine sitting on the balcony having a morning cup of coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise or seeing all the beautiful colors of the evening sky while enjoying a glass of wine listening to the crashing waves of the ocean. The balcony has a pub style table with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs.

The resort is located in a very convenient location on the island. The Breeze island shuttle is located at the entrance of the resort and will take you around the island. It is also close to many restaurants, marinas, shopping centers including an outlet mall, miniature golf, golf courses, miles of bike trails, jogging paths and a wildlife center.

Great week at Hilton Heaf

Awesome Experience

We had a really great time at this property. Perfect location for everything. It was a little small for the 4 of us but we made it work. No complaints. We had everything we needed and I couldnt stay off that balcony staring at the view.

Jewel box on the ocean

We didn't spend nearly enough time in this property. It was so great for our quick stop over in Hilton Head. So close to the pool and the beach. My 6 year old and 8 year old loved the built in bunk beads. My husband and I love the separate living space for when they went to sleep. We all loved the balcony, very close pool and beach access. Will be back again soon, we hope!

Great beachfront property with a fantastic pool

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was very clean and modern with all of the necessities for a relaxing vacation. The host, Cindy, provided great instructions and helpful hints. We had one minor issue that she was already aware of and is planning to fix in the near future. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

We loved our stay! The pool and beach proximity was awesome, the beach itself was beautiful, and looking out over the ocean from the balcony was perfect. There were a ton of fun activities at the resort daily, we felt really safe and comfortable. The villa itself was great, however we were almost too crowded with 2 adults and 2 elementary school aged kids.But the villa was well stocked and suited our needs well. It was a close drive to everything we needed and wanted. Overall we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend.

Break From Winter

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at Cynthia’s condo. The condo was comfortable, well equipped with an awesome view of the beach/ocean. Cynthia was very responsive when had any questions. We also liked the resort-enjoying the pickleball courts and biking paths.

Great communication. Super accommodating. You cannot beat the view and proximity to the ocean and the enormous pool. Restaurants on property were great. No need to leave the premises. Constant activities at the pool. Live music at the bar.

Best Location on Property!

We stayed at this beautiful property with our family of four. 2 adults & 2 kids under age 12 and it was just the right size. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication was great with the host. Made the check-in process very smooth. The location of the condo is the absolute best! Close walk to the pool, onsite restaurants and ocean. The view is amazing from the balcony. We rented bikes right onsite. We absolutely loved it here and plan to return in the future!

Great Condo! Perfect View!

Visited in late April. The resort was not very crowded and I found it to be perfectly appointed. The grounds are immaculate. The condo is exactly as described and has exactly everything that you need. It is awesome for a couple of folks or smaller kids. I especially loved being on the balcony overlooking the huge pool, hearing the ocean, seeing the beach and just relaxing. The host is fantastic with communication. All questions were addressed, and there were no issues. Would definitely choose to stay here again

As a Real Estate Appraiser & Broker, I have an appreciation for value. This unit is small, yet convenient, clean and well appointed. I had a very minor question regarding the coffee maker. Although I didn't realize it at the time, Cynthia was dealing with issues from Helene in NC. She was responsive and gracious to extend well wishes for our stay. I would definitely endorse her as well as her unit.

Great view - perfect place for 2 people

Property is safe and secure - the pictures don’t give the view from the balcony justice and the sunrise is wonderful. Had a hiccup with the check in process but was handled professionally by the owner. This unit is really for 2 people - or those with really small/young kids. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were there and functioning and good parking. The couch is pretty uncomfortable but didn’t spend much time on it. One complaint - a function of the property not the manager - but the great huge pool is not heated. So if you go in March/April you likely won’t be swimming in it. Lots of people (especially the kids) were sitting on the pool deck with an empty pool because it was too cold to swim - and there is no hot tub/warming pool. There was a great outdoor bar poolside for afternoon bevies. Was quiet but an easy drive to more action at Coligny. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice but warm

My family have traveled a lot and stayed at many VRBOs. We like details to be informed of the property before arriving. Cynthia sent a nice welcome letter, helpful remote control instructions, and a contract to sign after we reserved the condo. One section of the contract requires the air to not be set below 74 degrees low and 78 degrees for the high. In the July and August heat the 74 degrees still felt warm in the unit. We brought extra fans too to help circulate the air. So if you are warm natured, the living room gets warmer. The third floor view is really pretty with a panoramic view of the ocean and pool. The pool is really busy during the summer with music and fun for the kids. On some nights, one can see the large screen movie at the pool and watch from the balcony. Cynthia is great to respond, and has worked hard to equip her condo with thoughtful touches to make one feel welcome. We really appreciate her kindness.

This is a very cute condo, perfect for two. I enjoyed my time staying there. If I didn’t want to go to dinner, it was nice to have a sports bar on site.
