This Water Oak villa rental has accommodations for ten and is located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course with just short walk to the beach.

The Primary -suite is on the first floor with its king bed, HDTV and private en-suite bathroom. The renovated Primary bathroom features a new quartz vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and other touches you'll be sure to enjoy. The dining area seats six and overlooks the kitchen. The living area provides comfortable seating for the whole family, an HDTV and a slider to your private patio.

Upstairs you'll find the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features two double beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom. This renovated bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom has one double and one twin bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom as well. This bathroom has also been renovated and features a vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

This Water Oak villa is just steps to the pool, a short walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has on offer.

Short Family Stay

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful, quiet resort. The unit was very comfortable with three en-suite bedrooms. The pool was located steps away from the rear sliding door. We were able to walk to the beach. Although our vacation was only 3 nights long, we had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Hilton Head Family Gathering

Beautiful beaches, great weather, wonderful sea food and lots to do. Off beach about 15 minute through tree line neighborhood easier and more enjoyable than expected. Just outside the resort area is great entertainment, shopping and a variety of restaurants. Surprised that restaurants this time of year were not maxed out so it made going to dinner pleasant for entire family. Villa were quiet and had a great family vibe.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Palmetto Dunes resort. The condo we rented, had enough space for our whole family. The Pool was right outside the back, and the beach, a ten minute walk.
