Fully Renovated and Oceanfront with a beautiful view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with KING size bed, queen pullout sofa in living room, and adjoining bath. Living room sofa, 65" HDTV in living room and 55" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

This condo has been updated and is spectacular. No corners were cut when renovating this condo. Everything was so nice, clean and well-stocked. The view is incredible. Hosts were very responsive and did whatever they could to accommodate our requests. Super impressed. We would 10/10 recommend.

The condo was nice—just as pictured. We enjoyed the resort amenities—picke ball, bike rental, bar near pool. We would have enjoyed more restaurants/bars walking distance from resort. The pool was too cold to swim—wish it was heated.

Great condo with a great view!

We had such a great stay at this condo. Great location and a great view! It’s very close to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach. The room even had an extra twin bed to set up in the living room for our toddler to sleep on. It was everything we expected it to be and we would stay again.

Hilton Head Vacation

This was our second stay at the Beach and Tennis Resort. This property meets our needs quite well. Excellent access to the beach. We also enjoyed the new pickleball courts. The ocean view from our villa was wonderful and the villa was quite comfortable, modern and clean. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Exceeded all expectations and this unit has the best views! Easy to check-in and clean as can be. Super comfortable bed and tastefully updated. Was also notified when we were able to check-in early, that communication was super appreciated. Will definitely book again when visiting Hilton Head again.

My husband and I stayed during Memorial Day weekend. We have been going to Hilton head Beach and Tennis Resort for over 15 years. This condo was the nicest one we stayed in. Very clean and updated. The ocean view was definitely a plus. They had everything you needed for your trip. Owners are very responsive. I love the way they decorated the space!

Our unit was super clean, updated, oceanfront and everything we needed. It was peaceful and a perfect week’s getaway! Only exception we could have used a few extra kitchen utensils, wine glasses (wine left for us but no glasses) and shower drain did not drain well. Minor things……overall stay was PERFECT!

Perfect! home away from home

This is our 3rd stay in Hilton Head. We were so pleased with this condo that we will look no further and book all future stays at this location. It is newly renovated and clean. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The picture of the pool made it seem like a bit of a walk but it is right by the pool and beach, a 2 min walk. The bed is comfortable, we slept so well, lots of extra blankets and pillows if needed. Thanks for a nice stay, we will be back next year.

Awesome couple getaway

The room location was absolutely perfect for watching the sunset/sunrise! Pool and beach were awesome. Room was exactly as described and had pretty much everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. The only negative of the entire rental was that the living room stayed very cool while the sleeping area was much warmer. I’d add a fan to the unit to move some of that cool air towards the bed.

My family wrapped up another successful summer at HHB&T. We found this beautiful, updated oceanfront rental and so glad we grabbed while it was free! The room was so nice, clean and nicely updated. Communication with owners was on point. Directions provided were clear to understand. Would love to rent from them again!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and ended up there during Debbie! But can’t wait to come back again. The proximity of the villa to the ocean and pool was perfect!! It is on the 3rd floor as posted, so we did get a work out!! The photos do make it look further away, but it is very close. No parking issues.

The unit has nice ocean view. Modern, clean, nice cookware. It has everything we needed except hangers; there was only 1. The building has one elevator on the other far end, so we have to carry luggage to the 3rd floor and down. We would come back with hangers.

Relaxing weekend away

Went to HH for a long girls weekend with my cousin and it was exactly what we needed!! The condo was exactly as described and great location! My favorite thing was actually the super comfy king size bed!! If you like a softer mattress, you will love everything about it!!! Communication with host was awesome, very speedy responses. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed to start our vacation. Also kitchen is VERY well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, and lots of extras!! My ONLY complaint may be the 3 flights of stairs…though its the price you pay for the gorgeous views!! And yes, there is an elevator but it is quite a hike to it so we just faced the stairs…so that tells you they weren’t THAT awful! Anyway, the whole weekend was great and would love the opportunity to stay here again

Snow Escape/28 Days

The view from this villa is awesome, with beautiful sunrises over the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony. The counter space and kitchen storage is great, as is the large dresser and small closet in the bedroom. Bathroom shower is large. The televisions were superb-great picture. A few things could be improved upon, though. There were 2 rolling twin cots in the corner of the villa that were not depicted in the photos, and took up quite a bit of space. Also the coffee table was missing that was depicted in the photos. I think accuracy in the pictures is important as we rely on them to fill our needs. The bed was way too soft for us, and the sheets were very pilled. After the first wash I turned them inside out and it helped a bit. I'd suggest some nice new percales. The large area rug in the living room needs a cleaning or replacement. But all in all we enjoyed our stay at HHB&T, and look forward to next year.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I visited HHI as a last celebration for summer before the school year starts again. This condo was perfect for the two of us! We loved the design and features provided. The view was amazing of the beach. The beach was also very easy to get to. The only suggestion we would have is more kitchen supplies. We wanted to cook while we were there to save cost and there were no cutting boards or essential cooking supplies like a cooking oil. While this is not a need many rentals provide these things and it can be helpful. A second bar soap or body wash would also be appreciated as we continued to alternate using the bar of soap in the shower to then put on the sink to wash our hands. Again, these are very little things that did not affect our happiness or the joy we experienced while here. Lastly, if you like a good ceiling fan, the ceiling fans in the condo are amazing. Actually would love to know where they are from! Anyways we were very happy and will be back the next time we come to HHI!

Aside from the chairs to the table (which needs to be crammed into one corner) it was the only place to sit to watch TVFold up sofa beds are crammed into the other corner The UglyThinnest toilet paper in America. Things can only get ugly when you’re forced to work with that. Overall, it’s OK. Were a bit older and enjoy more comforts, but it’s a clean, nice place.
