***Location....Location....Location. "Ocean Front Villa 430 at Captain's Walk is located in Building #2 on the 1st floor, overlooking the pool and ocean. No need to use the elevator; this condo is 6 steps down to the walkway to the pool and another "quick minute" walk over the Board Walk to the beach. Come back to the Villa for a cold drink any time you want. Call the children in lunch from your patio; it's just that convenient. Plus I have provided 4 Beach towels and 2 beach chairs for your convenience. This 2 bedroom 2 Bath, ocean front villa, is located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes and a short walk the the General Store and Pickleball and Tennis Courts and Alexander's Restaurant. The villa sleeps 5 in beds. Recently added: 2025: Freshly painted with all new luxury Vinyl flooring throughout. New living room furniture, new front loader washer and dryer, new microwave, and a fun beachy decor. 2nd bedroom updated with new furniture, mattress, and bedding.

The Kitchen is totally renovated with granite countertops, custom backsplash, and all stainless steel appliances. A new full size front loaded washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen for your convenience. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with a 32 inch TV. The Master Bath has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a private bath and glassed in shower. Bedroom #2 has one twin bed and a full bed and a TV. The adjoining bath to Bedroom #2 is also updated with granite countertop and premium tile work in the shower/tub. area. The sliding glass door from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom leads to your private patio, complete with high top table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges. The Captain's Walk Community Grills are just a few steps away for the perfect beach cookout with 2 new propane grills. Our oceanfront villa is ready and perfect for your next family vacation!!!

Amazing Spring Break

Our stay was amazing. Condo has an awesome location and with being first floor you could still see the ocean from the deck. Very clean and everything we needed. Communication with owner was great. The master shower had amazing water pressure which is a huge plus when on a beach vacay! Definitely recommend!!

This condo is very charming and comfortable. We had to reach the manager once so my granddaughter could gain access to the unit the this happened with ease. We all agreed we would be happy to return.

A favorite

We love this place, mainly because of the location to the pool and the beach. But this last time we came during a hurricane and Jan was quick to reach out and try to find ways to make it more enjoyable for us. Love the ease of a pack and play and games as well! We’ll be back :)

Beautiful condo!

This is our second time staying at Captain’s Walk. We loved it as much as our previous stay. The condo has everything you would need for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well-furnished. It is in a great location with fabulous views and direct access to a heated pool and beach. Jan is an amazing host and very response to any question - she’s the best! Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, Location, Location

My family visited during Spring Break and this property is ELITE! Has great location to pool, the grills, and most importantly... THE BEACH!!!!!! We were also able to ride our bikes to Shelter Cove due to the ease of access to the Palmetto Dunes bike trails. The inside was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children who each got their own bed. Loved having individual bathrooms for each bedroom and that the master bedroom's amenities were separated completely from the rest of the condo. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking and had plenty of kitchen supplies to be functional. Jan did a great job communicating especially when we had a code malfunction and helped us fix the problem quickly. My wife and I have already decided that anytime we come to HHI, we are staying here due to affordability, location, and cleanliness.Thank you to our gracious host!

Easy directions. Went to wrong spot for car passes but quickly resolved. Close in parking and as advertised pool right there with ocean just beyond. Condo was clean but dated. Bathrooms need polished up. The only hitch was lack of TP supply. Had to go buy towards end of stay. Annoying but we dealt with it.

430 Captains Walk

The condo was generally clean, but the kitchen and hall floors could have been better mopped. It was well stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses, towels, supplies etc. We even had the use of beach towels and beach chairs. The washer, dryer and the refrigerator were relatively new and clean. The property manager was very attentive and easily available for questions or problems.

Great Property Manager

Another relaxing vacation in Captains Walk 430. Although the weather was not the best for the beach there was plenty to do and see on the island. Each year we have stayed here there have been special memories, this year we forgot one of my meds. and Jan stepped up and offered to have the meds. sent to her home and dropped them off at the condo when they came. Another event was the microwave died one morning, text Jan, that afternoon we had a new microwave in place. Already booked for 2025.

Fall Break/Birthday Getaway

My wife and oldest daughter have October birthdays this week and it was the perfect spot to celebrate. Jan was a great and accommodating host and quick to respond to any questions. Accurate description to the location. We loved the quick walk to the pool where we could watch our oldest from the patio. The beach was just around the corner and was never crowded. There were a few amenities we didn’t expect that maybe were left behind but they were helpful. A couple of beach chairs and a cooler. We had a date night while my mom watched the kids with a quick walk to Alexander’s which was the best meal we had on our trip. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters which is also a short walk from the property. I highly recommend Jan’s property and hope to stay here again.

Five years straight, several more God willing

This location has provided such joy to my family five years in a row and god willing will stay here several more in future. The location as advertised doesn’t say enough. Not only is it convenient to pool and beach, it’s centrally located to Hilton head. The owner is very concerned with her guests having a stress free vacation with her communication. I had a minor situation with the shower head on first day. Her representative had it resolved the very next morning. Just aren’t enough superlative comments can be said about this location. Thank You JAN!!!
