We were extremely happy with the unit. The location is unbeatable in regards to dinning and shopping but as well as the beach. The walk out patio was extremely convenient and made coming and going very easy especially with children. We are definitely going to come back.

Beautiful condo

We have been going to Hilton head for many years, but this was by far our best trip. The condo was large and beautiful. The pictures looked really nice, but the property in person is even better. We love the convenience of staying on the first floor, and because we were so close to Coligny, we could walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the Piggly Wiggly! I would definitely recommend Seacrest to anybody and we will be going back next summer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at 100 Seacrest and we were so excited to return for our second summer. We were bummed upon arrival to find the unit was not adequately cleaned (mainly hairs and sand left in bathroom). What was more upsetting was a lot of the furniture was dirty and seemed like it needed replacing. The rug in the living room was covered in stains and the patio furniture was in need of replacing. While we were there there was a leak in the master bathroom shower. Management was professional and came to check on it immediately but no one ever cleaned up the drywall that spilled into the shower and let us to deal with it... not what you want on vacation. Overall the property is still beautiful and you can’t beat the location and convenience of the space. We would probably consider staying again if we knew they did some refreshing of the space. It’s a great unit, just seems like it was tired after a busy season

This is a great location. Walking distance to just about anything you might need. The villa was roomy, well appointed/upscale, and perfect for our family (5 adults, 2-2 year olds and 1 infant). Already discussing our potential return to the same unit next year.

This condo is perfect in every way! It is huge - massive kitchen, huge bathrooms, and spread out. We brought our 2 year old son, rented a crib, and it was everything our family needed.

Beautiful property! Will come back "in season" so use of hot tub and pool is available. Very well maintained and lovely. Only complaint is that address does not show up in GPS easily-- we needed to contact Uber driver to narrow down pickup spot, but that has nothing to do with the property. Great visit!

This is a beautiful place. We will definitely rent again. Ocean on one side, shops and restaurants on other makes a perfect location. Not having to use elevator and having private entrance is wonderful. High end furnishings.

I dont even know where to begin with the compliments. Mark and Host 2 Coast are wonderful! Quick to respond to questions and the hospitality is top notch. This location was perfect for being around restaurants and shops. The unit itself held a family of 8 adults perfectly. We are hoping to visit again and book this unit.

This property was stunning, the layout is larger than it looks in the pictures and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, the porch was the prefect place for coffee and evening cocktails. The ability to walk out your back private entrance and into the gardens and to the beach was so easy. Easy walk and bike ride to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the summer. THank you!
