  • Gated community Shipyard Plantation, every room has picture windows overlooking small pond. The condo was built with plenty of land and is next to swimming pool. Park your car in front of condo not a football field away because too many cars too many people too little room that is your too typical resort. Two swimming pools two tennis courts or pickle ball- available for condo owners. 3 Gas barbeque areas with sitting area and two large barbeques available for your use. Night walks on golf course are quiet and beautiful after a day on our beach.
