Island Club BEACH GEM Just steps from ocean, amenities galore!

Our 1st floor beach condo is just steps from the ocean and overlooks the tranquil lagoon, across from the pool. This fabulous 2 bedroom has been renovated with marble, granite and beautiful tile floors (which look like hardwood). Island Club is a gated oceanfront community with private beach access, pools, tennis, pickleball, outdoor grilling areas and corn hole stations. Enjoy the fitness center, playgrounds, fire pit and on-site bike rental.

Upon entering this enlarged, first floor 1,300 SF condo, is a lovely, updated kitchen with a new dining table, marble counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer/dryer. The charming living room provides plenty of seating and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and a 55-inch, smart TV. Sliding doors open onto your extended 30 foot covered, private patio where you can enjoy the sunrise with your coffee, an evening cocktail, and be sure to check out the ducks, turtles and other wildlife. Fish in the 13 acres catch and release lagoon, just perfect for kids.

The master bedroom suite, with a king bed, is bright and airy - with a sliding door that opens onto the private patio. It has a large walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom that has a beautifully updated vanity, granite tops and fixtures. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin, with an updated guest bath.

104 Island Club is a vacation villa you will want to return to year after year. It has everything a beach vacation rental should offer, and so much more. The location is great for most everything on the Island, including shopping, dining, bike trails, marinas and golf.

All linens are provided (bath towels/bed linens). Please bring your favorite beach towels. A starter set of soaps and paper products are here for your convenience.

Perfect vacation

Great place to stay. Loved being near the pools and the view over the lagoon was awesome and watching the ducks and turtles was an added bonus. The beach was beautiful and the weather was awesome.

Island Club stay

We had such a great time at the Island Club. The condo is in the perfect location and was very nice! Our only complaint was the pool got a little crowded during peak hours...but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely be back next year!!

Great place for young family!

The place is well maintained and fairly updated. Amenities were great, pretty much everything you could possibly need was provided. Steps from the pool and easy walk to the beach! Our two year old had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and Quiet

We enjoyed this property for a quick 3 night get away. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo is nicely decorated and up to date. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the pond. Very relaxing and would highly recommend!

Best location on the island

So glad we chose this rental! The property was beautiful, and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach via the property's private access points. Avoided the crowds and busy streets found at the south end of the island. The condo was spacious, clean and updated.

Great HHI Condo!

Our family with two littles (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed this great property! It was very clean and Debbie was a wonderful and friendly communicator. The kitchen was well equipped and newly renovated. The proximity to the pool was great and the walk to the beach was easy. My kids loved seeing the turtles and ducks in the lagoon off of the balcony. We loved our stay! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Property

We vacationed with our good friends for the week. Check in was so easy and the condo is clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well kept with easy access to the beach. You can rent bikes right on site and the bike paths around the island were great and I loved that you can ride the bikes on the beach. Will definitely be back to visit again. Debbie was very responsive and available for any questions.

Best place to stay!

We've been coming to Hilton Head every summer for years and have stayed at Island Club specifically for the past 3 years...and this place is by far the best place we've stayed! Debbie was extremely communicative and available for anything we needed from prior to check-in throughout our stay through check-out. The condo was so clean, the location was perfect, the kitchen was fully stocked...we really couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely recommend staying here above and beyond all other options on Hilton Head Island, and we look forward to returning next year! Thank you, Debbie!

Perfect Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at Island Club. We have been vacationing on HHI the last 9 years and I think this was our favorite spot so far! We are just getting into the swing of traveling with children.. we have 20 month old twins and this unit was perfect. They had plenty of room to run around, we were able to fit 2 pack in plays in the extra bedroom and they LOVED watching the ducks and turtles from the balcony. And the lighted fountain on the water at night was so pretty! The beach was a short walk, about 5 mins walk. The grounds are so well taken care of in Island Club and the pool always so clean. We can't wait to stay here again!

All Considered Was a Good Choice

Good location in Island Club. Beach is just a short walk away. Pool area is good. Condo has all the essentials in the kitchen. The manager, Debbie is phenomenal, her level of service was great. There were some minor issues, the blinds in both living room and bedroom are not in good shape and there is a door missing from a hall closet. If you are considering a stay here understand that it is a condo and there are people above you. In our case they were a bit noisy. But one would expect that from a multi-story place. Overall I would recommend.

Debbie was very responsive to all my many questions I had, the condo was in the perfect location to the beach and the pool (only a couple min walk), it was clean and spacious, and we loved watching the turtles on the patio everyday. Definitely a win for our vacation!!!!!! Cant wait to come back and stay here again!!
