The Waterside Resort is very family friendly and it provides the best in resort living.
The apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, spacious open concept living areas, elegant furnishings, and a bedroom equipped with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa which will allow for a maximum of 4 guests. Two free parking spots are available per apartment. There are two pools (one heated) and a hot tub. The apartment building has an elevator for easy access to each unit.
Hilton Head Island features a number of premium golf courses. For golfers, discount golfing certificates are available upon request. Hilton Head also features parasailing, kayaking, fishing excursions, tennis, as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops.
A security deposit of 150.00 U.S. dollars is required upon check-in. Only credit cards are accepted.
Policy Restrictions:
No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
No smoking throughout the resort complex.
No large vehicle parking. No boat parking. No RV parking. No trailers. No motorcycles.
