About this property

Gone Coastal! 2 from oceanfront! Central air!

  • This view! The villa is 2 back from oceanfront and it has a wide gorgeous view of the ocean. Listen to the waves and enjoy INCREDIBLE VIEWS from the balcony of this top floor villa with a panoramic west facing view. The linens, towels and bedding are high quality and we have central air that was replaced in 2020. We have Spectrum cable and the tvs are smart if you would like to watch your streaming channels.

    Queen bed in the bedroom with flat screen TV, 2 small bunks in the hallway for smaller children (there is a door in the hallway to make it a private room if the kids go to sleep early). It is best suited for couples or a family of four. The living room has a 50" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa. High speed internet in the villa and at the pool. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook meals.

    *We will provide a pack and play if requested.

    Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex just two blocks down the beach from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.


    We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something special.
