ALL NEW EVERYTHING! Oceanfront/Beachfront parallel to ocean/beach with elevators. Hilton Head Island Condo. Oceanfront Breakers! Enjoy this Direct Oceanfront Breakers Villa, Deluxe one bedroom, one bath villa. It features a King one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Book early and secure your favorite week.

Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head on our first visit. This unit is so great! Was perfect for 2 adults. It has a great view of the ocean! The beach, shopping, and dining were so very close. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would highly recommended this unit!

Great "On The Beach" Unit!

The recent remodeling was terrific! Great location - direct beach view from the 2nd floor. Close to everything - restaurants, shops, bikes, etc. Good communication with the property owner - Jennifer. Convenient parking.

Most Enjoyable and Relaxing VRBO!

First of all the Host, Jennifer was so amazing and helpful. She stayed in contact with us throughout the booking process and answered any questions we may of had.The pictures online are exactly what the unit has. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. All the amenities were top of the line which made our stay so memorable. If you want rest and relaxation no need to look any further than this unit.We live in San Diego and if we return to Tybee Island this will be our destination.

The unit was remodeled and well equipped. The location is great for those that wish to be walking distance to Coligny activity yet private with an unobstructed ocean view. The bed was excellent but I missed my pillow.

Beach getaway

The location of this condo was facing the beach and a short walk from the ocean. We enjoyed the balcony and spent every morning drinking our coffee watching the ocean. It was that he perfect place for a quick getaway and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and the beach.

Vacationing on Hilton Head Island is always a great time and this place made it even better. The view of the beach is spectacular and the close proximity to everything was unbeatable. The condo is clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and if needed responds quickly. I can’t wait to come back!

This condo has it all!

Not only is the view unbeatable, but this newly renovated condo is perfection! Jennifer, from start to finish was the perfect host. She answered any and all questions immediately. The furnishings in this home are top quality and the location is ideal for getting to stores, restaurants, golf and bike trails. We will be back!

Great location and view!!

This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean. It is in a great location. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We parked our car on the day we arrived and didn’t get in it again until the day we left. Would stay here again!

Fun at Hilton Head

The property met all my expectations ….. great view of the ocean, proximity to the water and other nearby places of interest, very comfortable / convenient furnishings, and an extremely responsive & friendly hostess who answered any questions I had previous to check in. Beach Front

The beachfront property was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and up to date. Although the bed was comfortable, the sheet was tattered and torn and the bedcovering looked old and was stained. A small thing perhaps but takes away from the otherwise really nice condo. Also, the VRBO photos show a pool with the pool bar. That is the adjacent property. The property pool is nice, but no pool bar and little shade from the SC sun. Perhaps not misleading, but it had me fooled.

Beautiful View

Great location, beautiful view. A few tips though, bring your own sheets as they default to 100% polyester sheets that make the sleep extremely hot at night, bring a mattress topper and a comforter if you need something substantial to sleep under. Bring a hair dryer. An area rug would have been nice to keep from walking on the tile floors given they get slick in humidity. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Enjoyed our stay

The unit was clean but could use some new furniture and a dehumidifier. The floor I don’t feel is dirty but does transfer the stain from the tile to your feet. There was a musty smell to the room when you walked in. The owner must have recently updated the televisions and there are two new large tvs. The proximity to the beach and Cologny Plaza were awesome. This unit is a value for the money as you really can’t beat the view! We spent a lot of time at the beach and on the deck listening to the ocean.

Nice Overall

Good location, convenient to many things (shops, restaurants, beach). Owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. Wasn’t as clean as we would have liked - there was a bloody tissue on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in and the floors were dirty (walk around barefoot or with socks on and the bottoms of your feet will be black). Due to limited space in the kitchen, there was no conventional stove, and the metal plate that is used with the microwave when it is in Convection mode was missing.

Wonderful!

Jennifer made reserving & checking-in more than pleasant. The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked. We celebrated our anniversary watching the ocean from the balcony and when it got a little chilly, straight from the couch. The bed was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, all needed kitchen utensils and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom necessities. The only problem with leaving this review is worrying that it will be rented when we want to come visit in the future. Thanks again Jennifer. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon.

Great Place with Nice Ocean View from Balcony

Very nice place with great oceanfront view from balcony. Located oceanfront beach is only thing in front of you after short short walk across dune on decked path. You are steps away from ocean. Place is great size for 2 people. If you’re planning on 4 people it’s a bit small but OK. If 4 people you will have two on pull out couch. It’s an OK pull out but could use new mattress. We were only two so it was great / perfect for us. Nice pool on property. Pool and beach can be a bit packed so just note you are close to public access point for beach but it’s also great with everything you could need bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping within a short walk. Loved it!!
