The Space:

Welcome to your serene coastal sanctuary. This renovated 2nd-level villa offers the premier "top floor" experience, ensuring total peace with no guests above you. The interior has been thoughtfully designed with an open-concept floor plan, featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout for a clean, modern feel. The chef-inspired kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.

Sleeping arrangements include a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a comfortable second bedroom with a queen bed, and a brand-new queen pull-out sofa in the living area. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the private deck provides the perfect vantage point to overlook the sparkling resort pool and manicured grounds of the Forest Gardens community.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire villa and the amenities of the Forest Gardens community. This includes:

The Pool: A large, well-maintained swimming pool with ample lounge seating.

Awesome condo

The condo was perfect! Clean, updated, and quiet. Within a mile to the beach and close to many different restaurants and activities. The rental company was such a pleasure to work with and responded to questions very quickly. We will be staying here again!

Family Vacation

Our stay was very delightful, due to the fact of the location of this property. Between lounging at the pool, lounging at the beach, shopping at Coligny, and eating at all the great restaurants in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Having access to great golf courses added to our enjoyment. We will definitely, be coming back to Hilton Head Island.

We made a good choice

Condo was very nice-pool was steps away from the condo-everything was clean and had everything we needed-had an issue with the wifi, called the owner and it was fixed within 30 minutes-condo was minutes away from VanDerMeer tennis facility-the condo was very quiet-we saw people at the pool and walking but from inside, it was no noice at all-really made our trip great

NIce Condo

We visit HHI a few times a year, booked late so we had to make an adjustment in condos. This unit although an older complex was very well-appointed inside, very comfortable. Only downside was in the list of Amenities it lists a gym, our property search came up negative and when asked VRBO where the gym was, we were given a link to a nearby gym. If there is no gym on property it should be eliminated or explained in the features.

Nice interior

This property has a very nice interior with updated appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. TV’s in every room. Location is close to everything. Only items needing attention were low water pressure in showers and the microwave was on a broken or unstable shelf. Otherwise, it was really nice!

Comfortable, quiet property

This property is situated in a very quiet area overlooking a pool, which was never busy. The property was clean and had a very comfortable king sized bed. It had everything we needed, although it would have been great to have a kettle to make tea instead of two coffee makers. We got locked out of the condo when the batteries died on the entry lock but someone came quickly to let us back in thanks to excellent communication with the rental company. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a fabulous time at this property! Amenities were excellent, very comfortable and the neighborhood was a hidden gem. I would not consider the beach to be within walking distance, but if you want a nice run or bike ride it’s definitely doable. However, don’t let that deter you- Forest Beach is a 5 minute drive and to be honest who wants to carry a bunch of beach things?! Kids were so sad to leave and we will definitely stay again!
