Charming 3 bedroom Townhouse. Renovated in 2024 with New Kitchen, Flooring, and Walk In Shower on 1st Level. This hidden gem is just a short walk to the beach and 50 yards to the on-site pool. Primary Bedroom on 2nd Floor has a King Bed and upstairs Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed each. Each bedroom has their own bath. 1st Floor Primary has a Queen Bed with adjacent bath and Walk In Shower. Lots of Windows create the feel of light and airy rooms. Private back porch has a secluded tree line deck with an electric grill. Enjoy miles of bike paths and sandy beaches to spend your sunny days exploring the island. The Forest Beach area is packed with shopping, restaurants & activities. This complex at Ocean Breeze is further down the beach and more secluded from the hustle and bustle of Coligny but close enough that you can still enjoy all of the amenities including the new Low Country Celebration Park.
