Balcony must be free from clutter including towels. Dry goods/other food items left - use at your own risk. Owner not responsible for any items left.
Parking is limited to two cars and is free although first come first served in the complex. Parking pass must be displayed at all times.
Fine will be incurred if the security camera, Wi-Fi or door lock are tampered with.

We had a great stay at Hilton Head! The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. The exterior of the building could use some updating, as well as the pool area. Several of the tables and chairs around the pool were broken. The host was amazing at communicating and very helpful with responding quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Family Weekend Getaway
