The home welcomes you through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for two, and multiple dining options—including a cozy breakfast nook and a spacious dining table for six.

Beautiful place

I have to say that we had a wonderful stay. Super close to the beach and we enjoyed the walk with our dogs! The place was really clean when we arrived , have everything you need to have a great stay!

Location! Location! Location! Beachwalk villa is literally just a short walk from the beach near the beach parking lots at the end of the walkway to the beach which has very nice bathrooms and shower facilities. Even has a hose, to wash off your dog, and a big dog bowl for water.

Lovely stay

This was our first time in Hilton Head during winter time, but it was a lovely stay, made even more lovely by the wonderful accommodations. With a full master bedroom with a King and a second bedroom with its own bathroom and multiple beds, this place is wonderful for a wide variety of groups.

Our stay

Our stay was perfect & a big bonus for being pet friendly! Almost every one in the area is super friendly with great manners & hospitality! Just a small walk or bike ride to the beach! Plenty of places to eat , shop or have a drink! The only thing missing for me personally was a hot tub to soak but overall great place to stay!

Great Family Spot

We really enjoyed having a ground level condo where we could easily use the back entrance to get right on the beach walkway. It was convenient to put our bikes and beach wagon on the back porch. Also, really appreciated having fans available inside to help with the heat!

Pros and Cons

Pros- beach close by, nice walking paths, easy check in, bed comfortable, nice extras upon arrival of soap and other supplies. Cons- uncomfortable furniture, small glass supply, several light switches did not work, no working dishwasher (maintenance came and were unable to fix). outside needs maintenance.

Love our stay

We loved this unit. It was clean and very close to Shipyard Beach . We biked and took about 3-4 minutes and a stroll walk took about 5-6 minutes. The unit had enough serving ware and cooking items. We do not prefer a Keurig and a coffee pot is available. The mattresses , pillows and blankets were comfortable. Den furniture and dining area was comfortable and enough sitting for two adults + three teens. It was also updated , which is not a requirement/need for our vacations, but was extremely clean . Ice maker was amazing ! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Thank you for allowing us to bring our small pup as well.

Great location and Good Value

This condo at Beach Walk is perfect for walking to the beach or across the street to Van Der Meer Tennis. The Shipyard community is lovely with walking/biking paths surrounded by ancient live oaks. The condo is also very nice with newly remodeled bathrooms and newer kitchen. Highly recommend to owners to replace all window treatments in the bedrooms. They are old and do not close properly for full privacy. Also would be good to let renters know there is a separate thermostat upstairs. We didn’t find it until our last day there. The outside of this building is in decay from years of dampness and little maintenance. As the rest of the buildings at Beach Walk are in much better shape, we are assuming that some much-needed work on the porches, steps, etc. are scheduled for this building. It also looked like the gutters need to be cleaned out as there was a constant dripping on to the porch after rain during our stay. This was our first time using VACASA and we’re pleased with the service, very clean condo and small touches such as Dove soap, washer and dishwasher soap pods and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. When supplying the entry code, VACASA needs to make sure to give the entire code including, in the case of this condo, the checkmark at the end of the code to be able to enter.

Such an amazing location and such a beautiful surrounding property! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the walks to the beach with the dog and the nature path behind the house. Easy drive to local restaurants and activities. The kids loved everything!
