The Breakers Villas, located directly on the beach, offer comfortable 1-bedroom accommodations perfect for singles, couples, and small families. The complex boasts an adult and children's swimming pool, a spacious patio with chaises and tables, and beach access. Guests of 216 Breakers can enjoy stunning oceanfront views from their private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room, which features a Queen Sleep Sofa and Flat Screen TV. The villa is furnished with a Queen bed, a 32" Flat Screen TV, hall bath with Tub/Shower combo, and stackable washer & dryer. The recent addition of two elevators ensures easy access for guests. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beyond the beach, Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza, a shopping center with a movie theater, nearly fifty shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of numerous other stores and restaurants. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers seventeen courts, is less than a mile away, and you'll find a myriad of biking trails nearby as well.

Fantastic location! Beautiful view of beach from inside and on the balcony of the property. Walks on either side of the balcony blocked the wind and so with the sun shining in, even in February we could enjoy being warm. I would stay here again.

It is a good location in the complex, with great views. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice layout. The kitchen was attractive and had good amenities. Great Location

Our stay was great. We had a wonderful time. As far as the room goes it was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The shower was GREAT. A combination of the water pressure and the shower head. Best ever. The sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close but we managed. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and all great restaurants were within walking distance. Parked when we arrived and never got in the vehicle again until we left. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the view, beach & short walk to restaurants. Had a power outage & lost internet for a few days but rental company was very helpful & got us up & running. Balcony sliding door was difficult to open, track needs cleaned or oiled. Took a few days to figure out combo washer/dryer. I would recommend this place for a couple, not someone with kids.

Great Location

Small condo suitable for 2 people. Great location and super convenient to beach. Condo nicely fully equipped. The dryer didn’t seem to dry properly so not sure what was going on with that. Bed and furniture is a bit aged but trip was really about the beach. I was able to reserve this condo after another rental in this same building fell through so it was not my first choice but it served its purpose.

Location, Location, Location

The condo was beach front with a great view. The condo is great for 2 people. A few minor items keep me from giving the property a 5. They were not big but they did exist. The ice maker produced good quality ice but the ice turned into one big mass by the end of each day. Turned freezer colder but it did not help. The WiFi only worked about 50% of the time. It came and went each day. The tv should be upgraded so that you could use streaming apps. I would rent this condo again without hesitation but correcting these small items would enhance my stay.

Reviewer Comments: Incredible location.. oceanfront.. clear, unobstructed view with just enough vegetation and a Lonesome Pine to provide cover for beautiful bird song of Carolina wren, cardinals, titmouse, and more from balcony. Beautiful and unique sunrise views each morning & throughout day. Starlit nites. Coligny shops across from entry to Breakers with watchful security guard onsite. Single traveler & always felt safe. The all new flooring throughout unit provides clean, welcome feeling. Large rug needs replaced or removed. Couch may need replaced. Nice countertop, & assortment of pans & utensils for cooking. Stayed twice as long this year as last year, and reserved twice as long next year as this year. Hilton Head Rental staff are professional, always available & extremely helpful, with on point follow thru when responding to questions & requests. I only rent thru them when staying at HH.

Good unit, location is key, needs some minor work

Location of this property on the beach was key to booking this unit. The pool and surrounding area were great, even before the pool was heated. The unit was relatively clean but is in need of a new coat of paint throughout. There was some minor mold on the bathroom ceiling but nothing that a good dose of bleach can't fix. Communication with the managers was excellent at first, replies were almost immediate. After arrival the replies were slower in coming and had to ask twice on a couple occasions. Door code changes were not communicated very well. Most amenities in the unit functioned well throughout my stay. Keurig coffee machine is a very nice addition. Some items need maintenance attention. Patio door needs adjusting as it is very hard to move. Living room carpet is kinda tired looking. One kitchen stool broke and was never replaced, the other needed tightening, but was done in a timely manner. Internet went out for a day once and had to contact provider to reconnect devices, they were very helpful. Combination washer/dryer was not my favorite. A few small additions could go a long way to making this unit more pleasant. Space is at a premium here. Some hooks in the hallway, living room and bedroom would be very helpful. A mat at the front door would be nice. These may come across as all negative comments, but my stay was very enjoyable and nothing mentioned deterred from my stay. Final comment, be warned, noise from unit above can be very annoying.

Location was great. Property was well furnished, nice touch having extras like towels, bags, etc for our convince. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean but the rest of the condo could have been better. Was disappointed that the tv was not a art tv, we like to watch Netflix and prime in the evenings.

The condo was too small for my family. Also Would have liked if there was a few more things in the kitchen, such as salt & pepper, plastic wrap etc. We went to the pool everyday and every evening and I don’t think it was cleaned the whole week we were there. Garbage by the pool was overflowing for a few days before being emptied. Over all we had a good week.

Love the ocean view above the trees!The unit needs attention:1- Replace defective electrical outlet on kitchen peninsula (bar).2-Replace defective outlet behind end table closest to sliding door.3-bathroom sink drains VERY slowly.4-Need better written instructions about TV sound. Two controllers control sound, much time wasted because one controller was muted5-Tiny bathroom needs more door or wall hooks for towels, etc.6- Need plastic garbage bean liners provided upon arrival.
