Hilton Head Island Tennis and Beach Resort offers multiple restaurants, an ice cream stand, a calendar always full of fun-themed events, and two pools with the biggest one being just outside this condo. A gorgeous beach is only a two minute walk away down the resorts private access. Enjoy a comfortable nap or good nights rest in the master bedroom with a queen bed and storage space to unpack and stay a while. Guests will also find a terrific open living room with a sofa bed and a bunk bed in the shared space, offering plenty of space to relax or accommodate extra visitors. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and towels for convenience, and the unit stays comfortable with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this superb condo provides a cozy and inviting retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Please gather all towels and put them in a pile on the bathroom floor, NOT the bathtub.
Do not strip beds. Please make sure you take all the trash to the dumpster outside the condo in the parking lot.
When you exit the condo for the last time please make sure all lights are off, thermometer is set to original temp and the door is locked behind you.
