The Space:

This first-floor villa offers a comfortable and convenient space for your Hilton Head vacation. Guests can also enjoy 1 hour of complimentary tennis court time at Van Der Meer Tennis, located right next door.



The living area features comfortable seating and a TV, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light and open to a private patio/balcony where you can enjoy the fresh coastal air.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A nearby dining area provides a comfortable place to gather and enjoy meals together.



The villa accommodates guests with the following layout:



- Primary bedroom: King bed

- Second bedroom: Queen bed & Twin Bed

- Living room: Queen sleeper sofa



There are two full bathrooms, offering added convenience and privacy for guests.



For additional convenience, the villa includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to manage laundry during longer stays.



Guests also have access to two pools—one located just steps from the villa and another within the complex. The beach is approximately an 8-minute walk away (about 0.5 miles, or roughly 1.5 blocks), making it easy to enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful shoreline.

This area is known for its easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and entertainment. Guests can walk or bike to nearby attractions including:

- Celebration Park

- Local cafés, shops, and beach rentals

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island is very bike-friendly, with miles of scenic bike paths throughout the island.

From the villa you can:

- Walk to nearby beach access

- Bike to Coligny Plaza and nearby restaurants

- Drive to golf courses, marinas, and other island attractions within minutes

- Parking is available in the community parking area.

- No pets allowed

- No parties or events

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book
