The villa also features new windows and sliding doors, updated window treatments, all new furniture, and new TVs, along with a stylish mantle and electric fireplace that adds warmth and charm to the living space.

The pool area is equipped with a plethora of lounge chairs as well as a place to grill up some kabobs just steps from the sand. If you don't feel like cooking outside, the fully updated kitchen with modern appliances provides everything needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.

After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and unwind in the beautifully remodeled bathrooms, including a relaxing soak in the large jetted tub. Spend your evenings gathered in the comfortable living area, enjoying a movie together before falling asleep to the peaceful sound of crashing waves.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
