The General Store is right around the corner, known for its hearty breakfasts and legendary fried chicken at lunch. Second year staying here with the family and wouldn’t want it any other way. Can’t beat the location and all the space. The lagoon is a great backdrop for eating breakfast as well as dinner. The beach is just a quick walk down the road and the ability to just take a bike to the general store is amazing. The kitchen could use a little more silverware but that’s an easy fix. Overall this place is definitely at the top of my list for our annual trips to HHI.

Villa on the Lagoon

Overall we had an excellent stay in this comfortable villa just a short walk from the ocean. Our kids and teen grandchildren each spent a week with us and had wonderful time biking, beaching, and enjoying the resort complex. We would definitely come back to this ideal location.

Beach House Vacation

Great location and great beaches to visit, Excellent restaurants and grocery stores near by Palmetto Dunes. Always something to do at Hilton Head Island. A Great place to relax and be with family.

Great stay for destination Wedding.

We had an all too brief stay. The property was great and just as shown online. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The dock overlooking the lagoon was the selling point for us and didn’t disappoint!

Perfect place

We stayed as one couple, two kids, and two grandparents. The space was perfect for us. We loved vieiwing the lagoon in the mornings and the beach was an easy walk. The pool was nearby as well. Property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

House was awesome. Perfect for our two families of 4 to stay. The place was clean. There was a ton to do while staying in this area. The villa was just steps from the pool and it was nice and shaded for when we had too much sun from the beach. The beach toys, beach tent and bikes were an added bonus while there.

One Week at HHI

Four of us went to HHI for a friend's wedding and stayed at this condo in Ocean Cove. What a beautiful place in a great location, Palmetto Dunes, on the island. Really enjoyed the outside patio and deck; had most meals and evening drinks there. Inside the condo was roomy and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay there again!

Great condo in Palmetto Dunes

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. The condo is super close to the beach and pool. Back decks were nice to relax and enjoy the wildlife. Property Manager Thomas was wonderful to work with. Prompt responses to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Great place!

We loved this property! It fit our family’s needs perfectly. Very closer/easy walk to the beach, General Store and golf. We chose this because we needed to bring our “fur babies” and we would definitely choose it again. Very nicely equipped, updated and comfortable! The property manager was very accessible and helpful.

Family get together

We had a groom six adults gather to visit. Siblings, spouses, and mom. It was a very nice location. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the very clean cottage and very easy access to the beach!!!

Easy breezy

This condo checked all of our criteria for a great vacation house. From its close proximity to the beach club, pickleball center and pool, this location was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon dock and had frequent visits from snaggle toothed friends. We are already working on a return visit.

Great location!

This villa was just what we needed to take care of our family of 7. It is such a beautiful setting in Palmetto Dunes, right on the lagoon. We saw water birds and an alligator! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked, nice living and dining area. Only a couple of blocks (5 min walk) to the beach access. Wonderful paths for walking and biking! I would definitely rent this unit again!

Family Vacation - The Best!!!!

Clean, GREAT LOCATION, well appointed vacation rental. We were traveling as a family, twin 15 year olds... Space is a premium when traveling with teens. We had it in spades here. Very close to grocery stores, great location within the Palmetto Dunes community, no lie 400 yds to the beach. The bikes they provided hit the spot. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

Great pet Friendly place VERY close to beach

Property was newly remodeled with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean....I usually have to spend a day cleaning but I did not clean before we "moved in". Lots of room and all baths are ensuite, which is great when hosting others. only about 3 minute walk to beach. We have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for years and never stayed in Ocean Cove but location is excellent...very close to Dunes House. Available bikes worked fine, which was a real bonus! Dog friendly and includes a couple gates and dog bowls, though we brought our own. We had a few minor issues (propane tank couldn't be turned on) and property manager was very responsive....even cleaned the grill while he was there. Great property which we would recommend to others.
